| I eat PB everyday. I love it so much that I just made it a part of my diet. I have a whack of recipes that use PB. I buy the organic just peanuts kind and use it for a protien source. I eat 2 or 3 Tbsp a day. There is no way I will live without it, it is my favorite food of all. | |||

I've heard of hanging things by the door. I was going to try putting a couple things up on the fridge and in the bedroom.. I think my real problem overall is how anxious and uncomfortable i feel if I dont give into the habit.. I really have a terrible time sleeping because of it. I eat very healthy during the day, and the 2000 calories is my total daily burn, my RMR is about 1350. I'm moderately active. Have you developed any bedtime rituals that help you sleep? |

| I excercise quite a bit too, i guess. I forgot to mention that. I do the gym 3-4 times a week, strength training and cardio. I also walk several miles a week. I average 2000 calories used a day. 1600 is what im trying to eat right now so i can lose the two pound gain. | |||
| Weight Loss | How long should you wait between eating and going to bed? | Oct 04 2007 20:21 (UTC) |

Go ahead and eat a light snack before bed. Sugar and caffeine will keep you up, so avoid those things, like cakes, processed carbs, cookies, chocolate, etc. Also, keep the fibre content low, as it's easier on your belly at night not to have a bowl of all bran working its way through! Your body burns hundreds and hundreds of calories while you sleep, so don't worry about that whole, eating before bed makes you fat myth. I personally love toast before bed. Or toasted pita bread and organic apple butter. Sometimes, I even just eat a tablespoon of peanut butter, licking off a spoon like a lollipop. mmmm!

well, my current goal is to see 129 on the gym scale, since I feel it's more accurate than my home scale, which reads 128 currently in the morning (Gym reads 132, but afternoon..) I have seen pictures, and they look good. But I'm still to insecure about my legs. I strength train my whole body at least twice a week in split sets, and I bike about 40 minutes a day, 5 days a week, to work and back (which will stop soon, as it gets cold and snowy.. canadian winters are not meant for biking.. :( I'm lightly active otherwise, walk frequently (I don't have a car, so i have to walk to get around) I cook alot and clean frequently, but not too exceptional..

so weights before cardio you say? What about a light 10 minute warm up on the elliptical, followed by weights, followed by 20 mins cardio? |

| I'm not sure that it's free. I had a shrink when i was 8 or 9, because of depression and my dad had good medical coverage, but they still had to pay somewhere close to 80$ a session. Also, I think my boyfriend would see right through it.. He always knows when I'm lying. Luckily I've been cautious enough to avoid him when I get into my routine B/P's.. he'd catch me for sure. I think he'd be mad at me for holding back this stuff from him. But i'm way to embarassed and afraid to say anything. |
