yes the bottom line is if you have a bmi of less than 20 you should let your doctor know about it , and you may be healthy, but for many people less than 20 would lead to poor health, 20-24 is just a perfect range its ot some arbitary figure but a good general guide,

something that really shocked me was my eye sight, I got glasses last year and when I first put them on it brought be back to a time when I was 5-6, it s was so nostalgic and weird,

other things are I am much harder to please, when I was 5 winning a simple popper would of pleased me , now I demand internet, movies, and cars to keep me satisfied,

I think being gorgeous and thin means being relaxed and confident, and as comfortable with your body as you can be, bodys are like shoes theres no point being a size to small when its just a hassle and causes you discomfort, so I suggest trying out a couple of bodys before you find your perfect weight it doesnt matter if you dont get it right away either,

doesnt your wife know you use this site for weight management and fitness, how are you getting away with these posts she is likely to find them and become distraught.

It sounds like socializing with your co workers is a good step, being reclusive and isolated is never a positive thing, I know people in your predicament it happens and it is sad,  the situation will probably become psychotic its best to brace yourself and prepare, for your wifes sake as well,

the reason is that they killed a baby, they have demonstrated their capacity to kill, its the same with humANs someone commits murder they get a life sentance in jail, perhaps get parol if they show remorse or something,

they are probably more active than you so consume more food and more nutirents while buring off the calories thats why they are slim and healthy, but are they really healthy or just your mind saying they are because you are somewhat jealous still,

she is 20 she can do what she likes, I think it would be really good not that 30 year olds are bleak and dull but hes got a 20 year  old woo,. if it was a 17 year old dating a 27 year old it might be different, but I dont think this age difference is stange at all
