| OK...I'll put my two cents in. Turbo Jam has helped me with shedding the lbs, and losing inches. I know I sound like informercial, but I really can thank, Turbo Jam for getting me into exercise. I now use it with the gloves, and it's helped alot! I tend to get bored with things so I do a combination of things for exercise, along with Turbo Jam, I also do brisk walking, jogging, and have started to run lately. I also do strength training too. |

| Oh wow, I remember doing this diet that my friend gave me...mind you we were nursing students at the time. (don't know what the hell we were thinking!) It was from a respective "hospital" which we couldn't find, and my friend got it from the internet (2nd red flag) and you had to eat certain foods. I think breakfast consisted peanut butter and an apple, lunch was a can of tuna and pickled beets, dinner was 1/2 steamed carrots, 1/2 broccoli and 3 cut up hotdogs. Ugh! I ended up gaining back some of the weight and then some! Oh the things we do! | |||

| Ugh, I do know where this post is coming from, I'm also Asian and have two parents who constantly ask about my weight whenever I call them. My mom is thin and has a great figure, but she did get a bit thicker back in the day, my dad didn't gain weight until after quit smoking, though alot of his sisters are thick! I don't want to be too skinny, as I'm naturally busty, but I would love make it all come together! LOL. My mom used to call and ask me how much I lost, if I told her anything less than 2 she would be like Is that all? Umm yeah the safe and natural way. Parents just don't understand! LOL! She is better now, but seriously both mom and dad would drive me up the wall! | |||

| You do realize that with all diet pills, they recommend that you eat right, and exercise... right?All of of them say that. These type of pills are making you feel like you're losing,because you feel like you have to eat less. All I am trying to say is it's all in your head. The diet pill industry is a multi billion dollar success. But we rarely succeed on losing the weight.Trust me I've been down this road before. Well you may have the exercise part down, but what you're burning is too much, so the body has nothing to go on. You do need to eat more. Use the allowance tool to help guide you. Please eat more atleast in your calorie range. You will lose. Like the others here, I too am losing by eating more in my calorie range. I'm already down 23 lbs! I really hate to tell you this but you'll end up gaining back what you lose and then some more. Think it over, and take care! | |||

I workout 6 days a week, it's usually M,T,W,Th, S, S . I do a eat what I want day about once every two to three weeks, since I'm very determined with making it to my goal, I'm pretty content with it. LOL |

| Diet pills are nothing but poison! They cause you to have high blood pressure, they make you jittery (from the loads of caffiene), they can really mess up your body. If you are truly serious about losing weight, watch what you eat, exercise regularly, eat a good amount of calories, and it will come off. There is no magic pill out there. Like Oprah once said, if there was a magic pill she would of bought it already. Another thing is ALL diet pills reccommend that you eat and exercise well. Please don't waste your money on the hype, or testimonials, they are also photoshopped most of time! Eat clean, exercise, and your body will thank you! | |||

| I would like to add my 2 cents as well. Wu-Long has used celebrities for their products, that the celebrities infact DID NOT agree to. Yes Wu Long tea is just regular Oolong Tea, with a fancy black cardboard box. I bought some, and greatly regret this decision. Don't waste your time or money on this product! | |||
