18 and never been kissed! But only if you count first grade (on the lips) and sixth grade (on the cheek)... both of which were horrible, btw, so I don't count them. They weren't good kisses with a real man, so in my book they don't count...

every person who does not get alot of physical activity feels this way. young or old! I would recommend going for a walk each day, and slowly start to get your heart back in shape. I do not think you need a trip to the DR, however, if this problem is out of control, you should. It sounds like your heart is just simply out of shape. This is easily fixed by starting to walk daily and then starting to jog and then starting to run. You can mix and match all three and start to get your heart happier. Start small, and don't overwork your heart. Take deep breaths.

I hope this helps! Good luck If your intuition is telling you that you should go to the doctor THEN GO! But otherwise I would start some walking God bless

One really simple way to help is to simply not buy the junk food. It might seem drastic or "omg- I can't do that" but it will help! Replace your cupboards with low fat popcorn, veggies, fruits and nuts. Also, try not to "yell" or "force" it upon her. This will break her spirit and she will become worse. As a child who over ate, I know that if my mother had said to me "Meagan, you cannot eat that- it will make you fat" I would have rebelled by eating twice as much. Now that I am older I have realized my habits, given them up and made a total life change and my mom is thrilled (my family too). Also, children live by example. As her older sister, she probably looks up to you for the world! So if she sees you eating all the things you tell her not to, she is getting two very different signals she does not know how to interpret. If you start eating healthier and making simple changes each week, then she will see the change in you. And soon she will catch on because she wants to "be just like" her older sister. And then you can keep it up (the good eating) because you both enjoy it! Also (again, haha), get your mother in on this. If she does all the grocery shopping ask her not to buy the junk foods. Tell her your concerns and approach all three of yours health with 2 adult attitudes.

and last but not least, baby steps! One week, try cutting out one of your favorite junk foods. The next, go out on a family walk around the neighborhood for some exercise. The next, start controlling your portion sizes and drink more water.

you get the picture! GOOD LUCK and I really hope this helps God Bless

wow! that is amazing..

and about the acne. you must have cut out a lot of sugar from your diet! Sugar is a big acne "feeder." If you notice teens that drink lots of soda and eat lots of junk food, their acne is SOO worse than their peers who dont. Same is true for adults.

so congrats, keep on losing

If 34D was the most common bra size, then they would be everywhere on the racks! If you go bra shopping and look for a 34D it is very hard to find, 36C and 34C is MUCH more popular, I say...

it hasn't been 6 weeks so i haven't really noticed any results. but it's ok, i know somewhere it is working.

Weight Loss Anyone on here EATING HEALTHY.... NO JUNK Jul 26 2007

I totally agree. I eat only what my body can use. I really look at the nutrition facts, and have educated myself on how to read them. I eat no junk, and no sugar (sweets). every once in while ill have some of my favorite ice cream. or really good for you Stonyfeild frozen yogurt, but usually no. I am athlete and that helps me stay away from all the sugar. I am not a carbie. i eat good bread, wheat, sourdough, and wheat pasta occasionally. BUT none of the bad for you white stuff. most everything i eat is organic- but not in the kitchen where i work, so it is hard.

whenever i have a food "treat" for myself i feel like it gets me REALLY really off track, so I avoid them at all costs.

happy day! cheers

the only way to tell would be to weigh yourself around the same time every morning (naked and after you pee (right after you wake up)) and then to weight yourself at night around the same time (naked) and average the difference after a few weeks
