| I saw it on TV and I think it's ridiculous!! You don't need a surgical band around your stomach to shrink it. It didn't expand that easy...it won't decrease that easy. Anything to do surgical I would strongly disagree with. You ate your way to being over weight...you'll fix yourself if you really want it. There is no easy fix! | |||

| I've been wondering this too and I went to their website...they have a downloadable nutrional guide to all their items, and a phone # for things not listed there.

| I got my chihuahua Paco exactly a year ago and he was 8 weeks when I got him. I used the housebreaking pads but they have a tray that they clip into so they can't shred them up. Cuz he shredded them if they were just loose. I kept him in the kitchen in a small area at first. I blocked it off with boxes. He had his bed opposite his pads and his food to the side. It didn't take too long for him to realize he had to go on the pad.
If your puppy poo's or pees off the pad...pick up the poo and put it on the pad or the paper towel you cleaned his pee with. I use natures miracle..it works awesome for smells. YOu have to take away completely the smell from where he wasn't supposed to go or he'll keep going there. If you catch him sniffing around about to go..or in the act..pick him up and put him on the pad over n over till he goes there. Once you see him go on there even a sprinkle lots n lots of praise!!! I started giving him more and more room to roam around as i noticed him using the pad more and more. Patience and praise is all it takes. |

| I weigh in daily.
I eat around 1250-1350 on days I don't excercise and 1350-1550 on days I do excercise. I excercise 3-5 times per week at a gym. Circuit training..cardio and weights. I drink water and ONLY water *sigh* I take apple cidar vinegar pills before each meal. I have drastically lowered my sodium intake. I realized that was one big problem I didn't notice before! I cut out everything thats bad. Including smoking as of today yay day one down. I lost 11.5 lbs since Feb. 23 |

| Hiya ellybell and thanks for the comments. I understand what you are saying but I'm not going to freak out if by July I only lost 40lbs instead of 60. I set my goals hi so that I strive to make them happen. It seems to be working for me so far. I have lost 11.5 lbs since Feb. 23. I haven't starved myself I've been eating between 1250-1600 calories per day. Less on days I don't go to the gym and more on days I do go.
I can't set a goal of 20lbs and really work for it. I have to have a huge goal or I don't see the point in reaching for it. |

| I'm with you as of today!! I had smokes thru the day today. It is 3:12 now and I decided that thats it! I don't enjoy it even anymore. I smell it and it stinks. I hate people around me that smoke I get grumpy. I can be at home all weekend and not have a single one. So thats it. I quit!
Will see what tomorrow brings but I hear when you set your mind to it..thats all it takes. I'm trying cold turkey! |

| I drank alot of coffee and soda. Also ate probably alot too. I have since cut all of these things out completely. I cut these out before joining CC tho. Been about a month with no coffee and a few months with no pop. | |||

I'm almost 6' tall and I weighed in as of yesterday at 232.5 lbs. 10lbs gone since I started 10 days ago! My goal is to be AT LEAST at 170lbs by July when I take my trip to California for 2 weeks. Otherwise I know I won't enjoy myself. Nice to meet you all! |

| OMG I so know what you mean! My fiance is not over weight but he can eat and eat and eat and never gain a pound. He's like a garbage disposal. He eats all junk and fast food and drinks pop so I so know how it feels. I watched him chug a 2l of pepsi and eat tostitos and cheese and I so wanted to have just one but I drank my water lol.
It is a good reminder on how I used to be in there with him tho. Keeps me away from it. |

| Well I just went back to the gym and I've stayed in my calorie range for the week so far. I cut out alcohol, fast food, coffee, sugar, salt and pop. Even if it is water weight it was sure nice to see it. Thanks for the replies tho!! I don't know much about this yet so I may ask silly questions from time to time lol. |
