| Hi everyone. New to calorie-count. I was hoping there was a section for me on here! I need to lose 50-80 pounds. My current weight is 210. I have lost 2 lbs this past week. I know this is water loss but I am proud of myself. In the past that is probably what I've been missing. I don't know about the rest of you but I have done this so many times and regained. This time I weighed myself and said "it is what it is" and its time to "get moving". Would love to have support and the goal of getting healthy and staying healthy with others | |||
