start weight: 210 current weight: 153 pounds lost this week: +1 total weight loss so far in June: +1 Grrr! I think I've been having a few too many treats without moderation. ;( My Goal this week is to drink more water and replace cravings for sweets with fruits, veggies, etc. |

| Well I have lost over 50 lbs since November. At that time I weighed 210. I am now 157 and dropping. I would like at get to 145. If I had any advice to give it would be to excercise. This way you are not losing as much muscle along with fat. I started out on a stationary bike and walking. Then to switch it up I went to the elliptical and starting trying to run. Everything is a process, but the first step is making yourself try. Set aside a half hour and walk or do something physical. Also drinking water is amazing. Plus it helps you feel more full. ;) |

| Just joined!! ;) I'm 19 and 5'7". My journey began at 210 (Nov 06), and today I am 157.5. I usually excercise 7 days a week, but sometimes it's just a casual walk, or other times it's a sweaty workout on the elliptical. I'm currently finishing up my first year in college and I don't drink (I think that helps me!) My goal is to weigh 145-150 so I will have a good BMI. As funny as it sounds I think I'm going to have trouble when I go back home is less than a week for summer break. My dad and brother can eat whatever they want and not gain. At school I didn't have those temptations, etc. I'll just have to work harder, and reward myself for doing well. ;) |

| I guess I'm old! I'm 19, and in college... well I'm currently at 166 at 5'7. You guys might think this sounds like a lot, but I started at 210 so I'm improving! I want to get to 160 by May 11th (last day of school) and then work towards 150. I seem to set my goals in 10 lb increments. It seems to work though. ;) | |||
