if i have anything with splenda in it i bloat, and get gassy and my bm's are weird. my waist will increase by 3-5 inches. first drink more water, avoid processed foods, sugars, salts and see how your stomach reacts. |

i used to run in new balance shoes, but they were killing me. recently i bought some puma gells and i love them. i'm not a runner but they make my training easier, and no more shin splint |

You shouldn't count the calories you burn doing regular walking through the day unless it's something EXTRA. Say a walk you usually don't take, then I would log that and consider it exercise. And having a treat because you burned it off, isn't really the brightest attitude to have. Because it will turn into, I can have this WHOLE CHEESECAKE NOW because i'll burn it off tomorrow.

That's the thing, no Idea what I'm craving. I'm trying to not eat anything until I know what it is, since I'm not actually hungry. Definitely not protein, I've consistently had 90-100+ g every day. Enough fiber, enough carbs. |

I take hydroxycut max, it helps me have a better work out, and control my appetite a little better. don't expect to lose tons of weight, they're not for weight loss. also if you do take it, or any fat burner make sure to take a good protein supplement with it, because you'll lose muscle mass. |

Go see your doctor. I started getting very tired a few years ago, when I used to be very energetic and active. I thought it was stress, bad eating, over working etc. When nothing else seemed to help, I started to see other issues. After visiting a ton of doctors I found out I had an autoimmune disease. Although it's not curable, I have learned to take other approaches to deal with all this fatigue. |

when taking any suppliments like that keep in mind they might help you burn an extra 50-100 calories a day. But say you have an extra cookie, well the suppliment isn't going to help. I don't think they're really worth your money. though I particularly like the red line supplimenet when i need to pull an all nighter.. |

Do what you can but don't push it. And keep an eye out on your health. A few years ago I got very tired. And then I found out I had a rare autoimmune disease. Tiredness and fatigue and general feeling of get kinda 'sick' can be really serious. |

walnut 1 oz here is 185 (were they candied?) feta 1 oz feta is 75 cals (i'm sure there was more than an ounce) dressing - low fat vinnegrette avergages 30 cals for 2 tbsp
so if we put it in restraunt form.. double everything... :-) |

my trainer says losing weight and gaining muscle is hard becaue they are two opposite things. most body builders go through stages of gaining weight and lifting without a calorie deficite for a few months and then go through a phase of 'cutting' is losing the fat and showing the muscle. obviously when you are gaining muscle though you're bound to lose fat as well (just from my own experience). also when you have a calorie defecit your muscles don't get the building blocks they need to grow. that's just what i've been told and hopefully someone else can explain a little better. |

why would you want to do that? strong legs are sexy 5'0" 114 21 inch thigh. i gained two inches in the past few weeks from working out. and i credit those muscles into allowing me to eat a regular 2500 calorie diet with sevral days going over 3000 without gaining weight.
so i'd keep working it! |
