I have made it without tahiti before. Chic peas, olive oil, garlic mix
mix in food processor until smooth. I gradually add the oil until I like the consistancy.

I don't think it is a chain but its called Blue Sambraro. You get a free shot or dessert depending on the age plus a real Sambraro pretty cool I thought.

I have always been told muscle takes up less space then fat. It also takes a long time to build muscle. So the scale says the same but your jeans fit different. hmmmmmmmm. No clue here. Maybe you lost some muscle. Good Luck

I am on depo and have been for 1yr and half. I have not noticed any additional weight gain, only when I make bad choices on eating. I guess it has different effects on everyone. i love it!

You have to diet and exercise. Exercise alone won't do it. Try not calling it a diet, but a life change, this time don't stop. You can still go out with your friends you just have to make better choices when your out. Its hard but worth it. Good Luck. You can do it!!!

I have the old dial one and it works everytime. I tried to replace it with an electronic one and it did exactally what you said. Different weight every 5 seconds. Good Luck

You are allowed to cheat. I cheat once a week and it does jump start your metabolism again. I am sure you did not gain an ounce.

I also don't advise that much cardio, the more you do, the more  your body gets used to and the more you will need to do to continue burning fat.

Not sure if I have it but I only go once a week. SUCKS. I have tried it all. This only happens when I continue to eat really healthy. Once I start to eat like crap again I will be more regular.
