My life is also similar to yours and I also choose sedentary but for different reasons. I'd rather under estimate the calories I'm burning and over estimate the calories I'm eating when it comes to judgement call situations. This way, the superfluous calories end up being a nice surprise on the scale. Hope that makes sense. |
