| so what would you propose is a reasonable goal for the next 2 months, and how would you say I should do it? Sorry for taking up all of your time. I'm just trying to figure all of this out. I'm really not fond of the idea of losing the weight again only to gain it all back like I just did. I realise that for like the next like, 2 or 3 weeks I will not have much spare time to go to the gym. So that leaves dieting to do the work. But I have a crap metablolism and even worse eating habits. Seriously. Today I had like soup and a PB&J sandwich. So, suggestions? Thank you SOOO much for your time and help though. | |||

| I went to the gym a LOT. I ended up burning from like 600-800 cals a day. Even then I was eating like 1000 cals a day as well. Is that unhealthy? The thing told me to consume like 1200 a day, so i figured 200 or some wouldn't matter, really. But i dunno. I really need to sort it out though. Thanx for taking time to reply, by the way. | I didn't gain 25 pounds. I gained 15 pounds. hehe :D sorry for the confusion. No. It was 15 pounds and my GOAL is to be 25 pounds lighter all together. | |||

| wow. I totally need to join this one.. The last binge I had was a few days ago (actually, it lasted for like 4 days on and off) and I had so much FOOD!! I realized just how crazy I was when I finished off a whole loaf of white bread. I had 10 slices within like a 4 hour period, and then I wnt to bed and finished the rest w/in a coupla hours when I woke up. S/times the bread was toasted w/butter or ketchup or both. S/times just plain. But I reallized (like I do everytime) "thiis is just GROss!!" and then the bread was gone... | |||

| the heavier person burns more. There is actually a physics equation for that, believe it or not. it has something to do with energy output or work or something. Sorry I can't remember, but If you want me to try, I think it was something like force(weight) divided (or maybe multiplied) by distance= energy needed (spent). Sorry, I'd look it up myself but, ya know... | |||

| I DEF need to join you all. I always binge on carbs, except last sunday when I had mcdonalds. I know, I am ashamed to admit it, but it was a mcflurry, a choc. muffin, and fries. Gross. so yeah. Huge 1+ binge a week problem here.. | |||
