Thanks for the replies..guys!. It's interesting because this small exercise shows us the things we have in common, like using the hands to cover the rolls. Also for instance, understand other people's situation. For example I use to dislike a girl who always use to look like she was looking down on people, her head was always high ...stockup like....now I realise, she had a big chin.*lol* I didnt know the "toes trick"...now that's a new one...*wink*. It is funny, when i tought I was hidding my rolls, in some cases I was making them more visible. I guess I kinda looked like a Lollypop (tight jeans & loose t-shirt). On the other hand, once I put away all the excess weight, I am keeping on the the stretched t-shirts....maybe as a reminder. |

I wanna join!...I've been walking for 3 weeks now....I'm a begginer but I love walking, I sweat a lot...feeling envigorated...just great!. I havent lost much weight (my butt seems smaller though) *lol*....great to be here! |

I did the same thing today *lol*. But tomorrow I'll have cereal instead of the breakfast I had today. You can just have a light lunch or dinner. |

| I wasnt overweight as a kid, but mostly as a teenager. At 19 I lost all the extra pounds, but gained all of it back as an adult ( in my thirties). I am grateful that my doctor was blunt and said it out loud...."you are almost at the morbid obesity level"....and that freaked me out. I knew I was fat...but I had denied the fact that I was "that fat". And like some others have said before, it is the parents responsability to take care of the kids health. Although sometimes kids do not listen to parents, sometimes if the doctor tells them "in a nice way"...kids can become aware of the problem. Although kids already know they are fat....just remenber in school they get teased around for being fat, so they do know. And parents have to be responsible in the sense of telling them and reassuring kids. Help them loose the extra pounds..the healthy way. |

| I also stopped drinking...went completely cold turkey...i knew that partying was the main cause of my belly. Also no sodas whatsoever and of course the diet. I do feel better, I guess I'll wait six weeks to see more results. |

| Im having the same problem, I realised Im loosing weight and getting flabby skin on my tummy (which was pretty big)....although I'm happy Im loosing the weight, Im also concerned....Im guessing abs exercise is the cheapest and natural way to recover instead of surgery. | |||

| I have that problem...I love whiskey!.... I've gained weight because of it, I can easily chug a bottle by myself (scary )... I'm trying again to get back on track... It has also affected my finances...so I better get back on track!!! Dont worry you are not the only one with a Drinking binge! |

| Hello everyone: I´m also a beginner and quite tired of feeling in pain (knees, heels and always tired). On feb 21st i started with a Juice fasting (i know that was abrupt) for a whole week, i felt so much better. Right now, i´m trying the "reverse diet". But i´m pretty hungry all the time, because i´m counting and measuring my food (i was not used to that at all).
My question is : am I in starvation mode?..or just getting my body used to lower (much lower than binging ) portions of food. I notice after 2 hours I´m hungry!. I´m drinking tea...but it´s so HARD!! Good thing i found this site!...finally people i can relate to! |
