Ok I've made it down to 161.5 and have 1.5 lbs to go to get down to 150's.  It has been slow and steady and I am hoping that I can keep on the right track.

wrist gaurds.  I fall all the time.  I won't go without my wrist gaurds.  Good thing I've got padding on my butt!  I should wear elbow pads, too, but I don't have any yet...

If you don't have any medical problems then you should not worry about it.  I don't recommend pouring added salt on your food.  A little caution never hurt anyone, but as long as you aren't shaking more salt on top of what is already there, then don't stress about it to much.  You know why you should watch the salt.  It's up to you now.  :)

Congrats on the weight loss and you're young.  Eat, be happy.  Don't make calorie counting take over your life.  You know when you're getting heavier and need to tone it down a bit.  You probably have already read about your proper caloric intake.  You should eat more so you are healthy.  Eat healthy food, lead a healthy life.

I used to until I got rid of my cats.  I still miss them, but I no longer need my singulair.  Just take it slow and do low impact.  You just need to get your heart rate up.  Just move and don't kill yourself over exercise.

Some people (myself included) do their heaviest snacking right before bed and if you set a cut off time, then you tend not to eat that many more calories/night.

Congrats on the 50 lbs. lost.  That's amazing.  I also have good news...  You don't need to loose any more weight!!! 

Congratulations, you've reached the end of your weight loss, now it's time to lift weights to tone and eat healthy. 

Try not to step on the scale so much, just measure inches and watch your muscles develope.  If you are eating healthy (no more binging) then you will be awesome in no time.

aeetheiri~I lived in Phx for 3 years and I don't know how you can do it without AC.  I would be living at the mall or something.  In the pool all the time.  Are you in the city or country?

Yes, measure inches and judge how you're doing on how you're feeling.  It's hard, we all know that.  If losing was easy then we wouldn't be here to support everone. 

If you feel like you really need to do something and aren't to hungry now then you could try to cut your calories by 100/day increasing your deficit.

Keep up the good work and continue to be healthy.

Yesterday was my birthday.  One more year older, and next year I will be smaller (I hope!).  The way I'm going I'll probably gain from this year to the next.  At any rate I'm 167.  Going the wrong way.  :(

A lot of us suggest taking measurements.  Your body is changing and you're becoming healthy.  Good for you!  Don't judge yourself by some number on the scale.  That number changes all the time.  What you should do is start a chart of inches and go from there.

It sounds like you're doing everything right.  Keep it up!
