We can kick this gals!  Since I've started my own version of the South Beach, I have lost 10 LBS in two weeks its INCREDIBLE! I feel so great, and I am seeing results.  Just cutting out bread has made me leaner, I must admit that I am having serious withdrawls from bread.  It's amazing how much we really count on foods to keep us nourished.  You have to be strict with yourself and dont give IN to ONE moursil of bread.  I think in the past I always told myself its ok to cheat just a little, well thats why I stayed at the same weight for about 6 months.  No more exscuses for this girl!  I am doing great on  my life change, and I know it will come off fast because of my work out regimen, and then I will eventually introduce bread a little at a time.  It works!  Read the South Beach Diet book and you will see!!! I would love to help anyone out who has questions about this...

Well just to give everyone a heads up - I am doing South Beach, with a few twurks of my own.. and it is so amazing! I am not one to do "diets" because I don't believe its a way for true life living, but I am altering this diet to fit my lifestyle while staying dedicated to it in different ways.   It really does help knowing the full knowledge of food, breads (how it affects your bodies insulin),  and how bread, pasta, sweets (even in small portions) they make you crave other foods.  I am a total sweets person and for the first time ever I was able to not give into temptation last night.  Summer bar b q and I was able to avoid my craving! I feel so great.  I am so excited to see what happens in the future!  I don't believe I'll be binging anytime soon my friends... Good luck to you all!

I definetly agree andrea running does help!  As long as I keep that mental thinking... and remember how I feel when I do run, b/c its so easy for me to make exscuses... (Just this one day...Ill eat anything) and I've realized thats what has been my downfall.  We have to keep at it!!
