To clearify a bit more... I am taking this class as a 1 hr college credit, and this is my asignment... I'm not sure what my partner has planned but what if I:

Jump rope for 3 min...

How else can I incorporate the jump rope? because I really like that idea...

and i dont know what else... I just wanna minimize the looking stupid and clueless haha...

haha no me and my partner have to put together a 15 min routein... its a 30 min class... i still need ideas by 2 oclock today, i can't seem to find any online!!! please help if you have any good site's please send them too me... Thanks!

its for my aerobics class and i just have to lead one day... I was trying to take the easy way out haha... jump rope is a good idea tho thanks!!

**edit** you will burn more calories if you eat more frequently, you are actually slowing your metabolism down by only eating three meals a day.

It means that you are hungry... really hungry... Eating 3 meals a day isn't good you should be eating three normal meals and two snacks... that should make that feeling go away.

Contrary to popular belief sit ups aren't what give you abs, cardio and a low fat diet do... If you follow the right program then you should be able to get the abs you want!

Thanks for the replys :) I can't afford therapy, at least not till the school year, :P but I am running the chicago half marathon, which is something I couldn't do before and HOPEFULLY it will help me build my confidence. :) Thanks again! I don't know, I'm just going to lose maybe 10 more lbs and see how I feel :)

I have done it three times before and I'm doing it more as a cleanse... I just dont know if i want to do it, I have lost like 10 lbs each time i did it and kept like 2 off :)

A calorie is a Calorie, it doesn't matter how much fat or carbs is in the food so you can absolutely eat the foods you want, as long as you do it in moderation... :)

It just seems like one should be worse than the other, how can a calorie from fat not cause more weight gain that a calorie from salad?

I have always had really ichy legs, working out makes it worse... It helps if I shave everyday and I use aveno daily moisturizer for dry ichy skin with menthol in it... it helps soooo much :)

No diet pills work... at all. Like kuj said if there was a pill everyone would have it, and everyone would be thin... Diet pills are just bad news bears, the ephedra that they used to have in them was just a legal dose of meth... It speeds up your heart not your metabolism. They made me really sick and a I to go to the hospital because of it so I would suggest that you just avoid them completly. If it sounds to good to be true it is...

Heyy, I'm sorry about my freak out... my mom just got to me. I'm not trying to restrict my calories to an unhealthy level, I understand the dangers of it, and I'm really shooting for a healthy level of calories. I eat 1200-1400 a day on average. Im actually in recovery from bulimia :( which is embaressing. My head is starting to clear a bit and I'm sorry about that freak out. I calculated the calories and it wasn't as bad as I thought. You would think she would keep those comment to herself since she knows my past negative history with food.  I really really am trying to get my body back to normal and healthy eating paterns, this will take some time. sorry.
