| hey guys, total overboard today ate my calories in pizza today no dinner for me.. but its all good.. sherry~ gosh girlie are u ever gonna get over all this u poor thing u have been on and off sick ..get better soon..xoxo lisa~ thanks, ur are soo right slowly slowly.. will get there.. welcome to the group emily weekend gonna be so so, tonight im on my own with the kids hubby going to wing house with the boys..lol tomorrow we are riding the bike with two other couples to leasburg i think, to a bike show.. so gotta be super careful on my calories, zoee bday next week, then hubbys coming up after that so if im super good i should feel good about my clothes fitting by the 24 party for hubbys 30th, fingers crossed wll ladies have a great weekend.. will try to pop in tonight |

| hey guys i put a couple pic of zoee up in my pitures from disney..:) joan~ im trying i promise i hate myself at this weight, but it sure isnt wanting to budge, i hope it starts soon, i have been doing my treadmill everyday, i set a goal, of something small not alot i jsut dont have the time, but like let say my lunch was 250 calories i try to burn that off, or if i have a real soda 150 calories i have to burn it off, something, i would love to say i have time to do 500 calories but i dont, or atleast i dont want to take a hours away from family time.. i get home about 6 every day, so its get int he house, find dinner make dinner serve dinner get on my treadmill i try for 30 min atlease, but lke yesturday its was 20 and 220 calores so i will take it. anyway have a great day ladies no idea whats for lunch today, make good choices..:) ps~ jessica i love the new picture. |

| hi guys, sounds like u all are doing falrey well, with a few cheats, but right back on track, im glad, zoee had a blast she actually stayed up till like 12 ish, fell asleep in the car on the way back to hotel.. got her up she ate a few chicken nuggets then bacjk to sleep of course she had to wear her new glass slippers to bed .haha.. i will put up a few pic, the others i ordered.
i have been doing pretty well.. still no budge in the weight, u woudl think if i put it on sdo fast taht maybe jstu maybe it would come off a little..haha but im hoping it will start soon joan i am going up and down in speed and hieght, with the treadmill, but granted i only get about 30 min a night on it, last night i got about 40 min in..woohoo.. that only because i started got off poped dindin in the micro and started agian, tehn seved dinner then started again..hahai bet that counts at stagering the speed..lol |

| Hey guys, so today has been ok. did splurge on a buffalo chicken salad, since i didnt have anyhting at work to eat, but i wont be having my normal snacks later, hubby and i are taking zoee to disney for the pirate princess party tonight woohoo fun stuff, we are staying at the double tree that looks like a big pink castle, lol so i will make sure i post some pictures.. so im hoping to get plenty of walking in tonight, zoee is turning 3 at the end of the month so this is a little part of her bday, with just us 3 going, i cant wait to see her face with all the princesses..

| morning all, scale not budging too much, maybe its confussed..lol got on my treadmill last night again for about 20 min, i try to gt on while kids are eating and watching tv or getting bath so im not taking away from mommy snuggle time..lol
stacy~ u are just doing too good.. im sure it is all inches u are melting away, cassy hasny lod much either since her training, but she sure can tell how much different her body is.. so keep pliggin along, could be stress too, no worries..keep up the great work.. sherry~ glad u made it home in one peice, not soo god on finding a new yummy wine, maybe make it a treat wine.. 1 bottle every two weeks..lol or depending how u normal drink,. brigett~ yuck on the rain... hope its better today.. joan~ hope u are havinga good day today..xoxo well ladies have a great day... |

| Hi guys just got done doing 30 min on my treadmill..yippie..lol i made myself a pizza, english muffin with sauce and light cheese..yum also have a recipe i found on here for fruit pudding its sooo good and like 80 calories a serving and its a great size..lol
i think i might have to get a tv put in outside in the garage.. once i move the treadmill out there,so i have something to do, while i walk/jog :) well hope u guys have a great night check in tomorrow.. |

| Morning all, did pretty well last night, got on my treadmill for about 35 min or so, it was really nie to be able to do it.. yeah.. new start, im going to try to get about a pound a week off or soo, to be back donw to where i was befoe binge eating..;) my daughter 3rd bday is on the 29th so it woudl be nice to atleast like myself in picutres and not worry about it too much.

stacy~ im sorry i hate allergies too.. i also think its a great idea to bring ur scale on ur trip.. i brought mine durig christmas vacation to see inlaws.. and it did really help, i think i gain 3 pound my whole vacation.. and that is eatting out eating fudge u name it.. but keeping in small.. now if i can jsut get back to that weight..lol not sure what happened after chirstmas to me.. well i hope everyone is doing great. sherry~! how is summer feelng i hope better zoee also ran a fever on good friday and threw sat.. and wasnt eating much.. must ahve been soemthing going around.. well i will check in later.. think thin.. |

| hi guys so far so good for me this week trying to keep the caloires i check had a few bad moments with candy, but im hoping the rest of the good weeknd i plan onhaving will help conter some of that..i ahve to work a bunch, im doing a trolley hop tonight from 6 to midnight from one bar to another.. so that alot of walking being on feet in heels.. so i sure hope it burns up soem calories, im also workign the obriens tomorrow 5-7 then 8-10 then i had a firend in town so a group of us are gonan go out and cut a rug.. so plan is to keep drinks to a minimum and dance dance..:)
brigette~ sorry about your foot.. i also agree with getting a good shoe or maybe a insert to help. stacey~ that sounds great, imight have to try it mysefl..i woudl probely want to add some onion, and garlic..lol i add it to everything.. must be the italian in me..lol cassy~ ur family sounds liek mine.. the only veggies we get are green beans, potaotes and corn..lol maybe some mix veggies.. my little used to what ever i ate till she heard eeww a few to many times from the other two in teh house.. and believe me they got a look that woudl kill..lol sherry~ i will be hungry with u.. i have been trying to hard not to go off the deep end and put me right back where i started.. im trying to be firm here..lol good luck carrie where are you? joan~ i hope everything looks up for u... if u need anyhthing jsut let us know.. i woudl love to have ur address.. maybe we can all send u uplifiting things.. |

| hi all so far so good, trying to keep in undercontrol, weight was up a bit not sure y, maybe sodium.. i was quite bloated, i also started earlie..eeww so maybe that y i was craving the sweets and slat and vinagar chips..lol
jessica~ i live in florida i grew up in plant city which is where the fesival is and is know for its strawberries, yummy.. i live about 45 min from there now but my parents are still there and a number of my friends in that area, im about 1 1/2 from orlando where dinsey is if that helps any..lol brigette~ of topis, but whats the best island to stay at, my hubby and i went to Ohau for our hunnymoon a few years ago and we woudl like to make a trip back for our 5 year with a dew other couples, i was prego when we went so i didnt get to enjoy the drinking and all the stuff..lol fralickign on the beach naked ya know..haha neway, glad u are bakc and doing great.. we are all struggling as u can see.. stacy~ oh how i love the shortcake i didnt eat any if u can believe that but i made soem at the house with bicuits.. oohh so yummy.. i did have a corndog.. that was onyl because my daughter didnt eat it and at 5 buck i was throwing it away..lol joan~ i bought 1 box of girl scout cookies well that all my hubby woudl buy for me..lol i got them sat they are gone as of last ngiht..lol the tagalong ones.. yum.. im a sweets freak too.. but i get into my moods where i will eat it all in sight and then none at all.. weird.. maybe seperate them into baggies when u get home into servings.. write all the info in a mrker onthe bag so u can se it maybe that will help.. i do that sometimes cassy~ lol im with u on the fall back.. even thought the only thing i like about spring forward is more light at the end of the day. well ladies i will check in again later.. hope all is well |

| Moringing all.. so friday wasnt anybetter at work that night got food poisoning.. gosh.. i was jsut haveing a rough last few days of the week.. it did get better. we went to teh strawberry festival witht eh kids sunday that was really nice met some friends up there..

| mornign ladies..~ feeling good today..lol despite my new age..lol i will be 25 forever..lol well i putin all my calores except for cake..i need to add taht while im thinking of it.. i made cupcakes last night for myself for work..lol i had one mini one i made about 20 or so for the kids and i so i didnt go over board.. tehn made teh rest of the batter in reg one still got about 24 cupcakes.. so im sure the calories are less..lol with icing.. had a reg one today with guys at work.. and then i left.. back to my hole..lol as not to eat anymore.. got lunch planed out and dinner at the cattlemans steak house.. so i input the best i could on the calories.. im at about 1100 with out cake.. so i hope i can keep it that way and have a smal peice of cake tonight after dinner..

| lol.. cassy thanks fro that.. i needed it.. they are gone and no i didnt finish eating them.. :) today is day 2 back on track.. jsut in time for the weekend..lol my bday is next week.. so i really want to jsut stick with it.. i might even skip goign out to dinner and just opt to be with my family and have my friends over for so yummy light food.. we shall see..
today is lunch with hubby.. at moes.. usually runs me about 400 calories. had a fiber one bar for breakfast yum.. gonna have a yougurt for a snack later so so im at about 640 calories pus my coffee with spenda and creamer so thats prb another 100 cal.. leaves me pleanty for a small dinner with friends that come over tonight.. joan~ so glad u are hangin tough.. u are my hero..:) cassy~ i cant wait to get a treamill i want one sooo bad.. but i need one that folds up.. we dont have the extra space for it.. brigett~ no worries you guys will figure it all out... what about the reserves does that pay the same, or the coast guard with his navy back ground.. im sure u guys have talked about all the though.. sherry~ glad u are back ont eh wagon... woohoo.. we will do it.. well have a great day ladies.. ttyl |
