Can you get a stability ball and sit on that at work? I talked my boss into letting me do it, work-out while sitting on your butt all day at work... Not much good for cardio, but it will work your muscles....

Get a dogLaughing That was one of the biggest things that made it really easy to make sure that at least I was doing something, when I donot want to workout, I make sure that I at least take him on a walk even if it is a short one. (Even in super cold weather, then the dog does not want to stay out long eitherWink)

Also... in addition to what the other 2 said, there are a lot of really good healthy recipes out there (here and on-line etc.) just make up big meals, and make out single portions to keep handy, that way it will be convenient when you are temped by the other stuff, plus it should take less time to heat up, unlike making a pizza. Smile

Yup, I have that same problem, with how much water I drink and food, I have gone up 7lbs in a day, and then weighed about 8-9 less than that 7 pound gain the next morning. Just weigh your-self in the morning, that is your "true" weight you will drive your-self crazy if you keep this upSmile.

Eww Ewww NO, here is something that I found on MSN.... It has NOTHING to do with washing your hands after the bathroom, and anyone that does not do that, God that is awful.... WHO does not wash their hands after???? Yuck.

Wether or not I workout using my stability ball I even sit on it 8 hours a day at work and when I get bored or have extra time I do workouts on it... So in my opinion there is not much of a limit as long as you are giving yourself a break when your body tells you to..... If it does not hurt you keep going with it it is great for your body especially abs =)

Oh good, so it will not make my thighs bigger? I really want to do it cause it seems so good, but when I biked when I was younger they made them bigger, granted I used a really hard resistance... So that is a problem, but I am all about being unable to move after it, I love being exhausted after workouts, it seems so much bette that way.

I'm not sure, but from other things that I have read here, I think that you maybe should up your calories.. Just make sure that they are "good" calories, and fill up on lean, lower fat foods, lower starchy/carbs.... Maybe that will get it going a little better for you...

What kind of protien have you been adding? Lean meats? Steak? Cottage Cheese??? Whenever I up the protien it helps me, so give me more to go on, and maybe I can help....

I REALLY REALLY do not like the taste/flavor of squash... Does this taste like it? Granted the only times that I remember eating it was with brown sugar and butter on it... but even without that on it it seemed really sweet...

I personally do not like/use "fake" sugar, and your question prompted me to try to find an article I had read a while ago backing up my dislike for it, could not find that particular one, but I found 2 good articles that  I feel are good reliable sources... Hope this helps =) Yes too I believe it is NOT good for your body, I personally get headachs from it, and my mom gets migranes from it.  So I do not have personal "weight gain" problems with it, just cause if it gives me a head ach a couple times I give up on it.... Go with real natural things, you body will be much happier =)

It looks just about exactly what I am doing... but it is called Slim 4 Life, and they are only in Minnesota and Colorado, but I have been doing it since 9/30, and in the past 2 weeks I am down 15 lbs. If it is like mine it is probably expensive, kinda rediculous. but it is working for me.... Basically I buy treats or things like soup mix, and eat it alone or with a meal. you do have suppliments and vitamins that you are suppose to take. Basically it does work, you just will probably have to follow a certain meal plan. My total goal with them is to loose 48 lbs by the time I go to Miami late November, and if I keep doing things right I will be close or to my goal in only 60 days... Check it out... I'm in, I am the same height, and WAS the same weight as you, untill I went out with the girls last weekend (gained 4 lbs) and now I am just about back, 1/2lb away. But I am aiming for idealy 133, though I have only gotten to 142 in the past.... But I am going to beat myself this time Laughing

It really helps me to have a BIG glass of water, and take a long walk/jog. Any kind of physical activity. OR try chewing gum... that can kinda trick you into thinking you are "eating".  Or try just munching on some good veggies, they act pretty good when you are craving "Bad foods" like potato chips and such... There are a lot of good tips that I have found while looking around on MSN too, in the weightloss section, oh foods that you can eat and "trick" yourself into thinking differently. Good Luck =)
