| I lost my stubborn 10 lbs and not eating totally clean...but mostly clean which is more realistic for maintaining I think. I just started running 2x a wk...total of ~8mi per wk in addition to my regular workouts...made a huge difference. | |||

| -Reset me please- I made it to yesterday and indulged on fried/breaded chicken w/sushi (bento box) for lunch. The portion was huge so really more than i needed to eat at once. (I am usually doing 5 or 6 small meals a day) | |||

| I am in also. I wonder how we could track this though...I guess just log in and update this way. Wish we could do something like nike.com plus program where you join challenges for runs and see your team status...that would be cool. | |||
