I recently stumbled upon this blog where a couple did an experiment where they ate under $1/day... might be a little extreme but could give you some ideas:

The food log starts here.

There are also a couple recipes as well as a list of foods they ate & how much they cost.

I'm with everyone here! :)

Today was my first binge-free day in a while. (Freaking Girl Scout cookies and peanut butter...)

The worstworstworst time is after dinner. Absolutely. But I'll think of all of you tomorrow and how I'd be letting you down if I binged! :)

My goal: No binging for all of March.
Health & Support upset..hypothyroid Question? Mar 13 2007

I had hypothyroidism.. and yes, it is a little tough to lose weight, but not so bad. Trust me. If you just take the pills, you'll do just fine. It's really not a big deal.

I was diagnosed to take the medication for the rest of my life... but I was recently.. erm.. undiagnosed? :P So I'm off it now!

Don't stress too much, really. Just keep doing what you're usually doing to lose weight, and you'll be fine! :)

Good luck<3

Peanut butter. Chocolate anything. Girl Scout cookies (I'm a Girl Scout, so it can get pretty bad...). And more peanut butter.

Hmm.. I thought about what united2gether said.. and it worked! I was eating dinner, and saw the peanut butter.. but the second I thought, hey, it's okay to have peanut butter! I didn't feel like eating it anymore. :)
