I love the tredmill but I need advice on where to start the running process, I am also a tredmill walker.  I know if I were to start running at least 4 times a week, I could see a significant amount of weight lost.

Yeah.............I feel as though I am at home on this thread, I can drink a bottle of wine a night.   You could just imagine how many calories that is on top of eating dinner.  So, I am trying to cut down to just drinking on the weekends..

I just try to think about how much work it takes just to lose 5lbs.

I just purchased the SI6.  I hope it works to, I want to get down to at least a toned 150 lbs.

Tree that happens to me also.  If I drink wine on Friday night by Saturday morning I have dropped 2 pounds.  But, it does come back.

Good Morning lovelin,

I have had recurring uti's for the past 2 years.  My doctor recommended that I receive a cytoscopy.  It came back clear but my Urologist told me to keep taking my antibiotics for 30 days and I have another appointment on 11/19/07 for a follow-up.

I don't know what causes them.  My doctor told me that the women's body anatomy changes over time.

I feel that same way..... I started working out 3 weeks ago and the scale has not moved 1 inch. I feel like I might have gained a pound or two. 

I eat right and work out 3 to 4 times a week.  I feel like giving up but I just tell myself, "you can do it".

Bucklan09 I feel the same way. I have been working out for a month now and I have not seen much on the scale but I can tell that my stomach, legs and  butt look much better. I think that there is a big difference between a fat 140 and a muscular 140.

I love my cheat days to! I gain about 1 or 2 pounds.  I just started working out again and I haven't noticed that much difference on the scale  but my cloths fit a little better.

Jimmy Dean D-light breakfast sandwhiches are good.  There are 3 types.

- Turkey sausage, egg whites and cheese - 260 cal

- Canadian bacon, egg whites and cheese - 230 cal

- Ham, egg whites and cheese. - 240 cal

I weigh myself everyday....... very bad habit.  I just started working out for the past 3 weeks and I have not lost 1lb.  Getting a little discouraged. So, I have decided to weigh myself 1 a week.

I get bored eating the same things all the time I need so new healthy dinner ideas, basically all I really eat is LC meals and vegetables and brown rice. Oh yea, Chardonnay, LOL.

Any suggestions.

Ok Jenna, how much is to much...... I think I can put your Nobel prize thru the test..

I use to drink 1 bottle of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay a day.... I have been trying to tone it down because I started to get a wino pot belly....

Now I just drink on the weekends.....

gm ladies,

I'm feeling a little discouraged today.  How long does it really take to lose weight?????

I have been working out for 3 weeks doing cardio and weight training and the darn scale went up 2 pounds, what the H---......

Don't feel bad kerry07, my biggest TTOM is chardonnay on the weekends......

 Well, I work out 3 x a week, which includes cardio, and weight training. 

Mondays - Iterval Training and step aerobics

Wednesday - aerobics and weight training

Saturday - 20 minutes Cardio and 30 minutes weight training

I have been trying to add more minutes to the tredmill for that particular program but it won't let you add minutes, the programs are set at 30 minute.

Yes, I just got motivated into working out again. I haven't worked out since Augunst 2006. I weighed 150 lbs. Since them I have gained 15 lbs. and lost 4 in the past 2 weeks. This program has really made me more motivated.

My only question is why when you loose weight, the first thing to go is your assets. My boyfriend is never motivating all he does is complain about, how I need to slow down because I am loosing all of my womanly assets (i.e. boobs and butt). It can really get frustrating. When I first started working out I was a C then I went to a B that was real frustrating.
