| clairelaine, I've often found that getting a "club buddy" is really beneficial. when i go to Sam's Club or Costco i bring my mom or a friend with me. Then we just split up the big bag of lemons, potatoes, etc. It takes a little extra work, but it saves a lot of money and you get to chat while shopping! | |||

| i love shakes in the morning for breakfast. I find that they fill be up until lunch when i add in a protein mix and some nonfat plain yogurt. | |||

| this post is a little late, but i often add just a tiny bit of mayo and then a good amount of plain nonfat yogurt to my tuna or chicken salad. The little bit of mayo gives me the taste i want without too many calories, and the yogurt adds texture and extra protein. enjoy! | |||
