THis turned out delicious i know it sounds so grossssss. particularly since i hate cottage cheese so i made sure every curd was was gone. I used coconut extract instead and added a ton of splenda because it was not sweet enough to my liking probably 3/4 cups. i thought spenlda was calorie free? will this make a difference. you could get crazy creative with basic recipe. yum o

how rude. i find it very through. That takes alot of time and effort to put together. so thanks i will definately give it a shot. how's about some meal idea's to go with it? thanks a boatload.

I eat soup @ hands 60 calorie,tuna on saltine crackers with spanich on top,frozen lean cuisine meals,i have a recipe for really good sweet and sour cabbage soup,veggie chili, I also make my own homemade fast food mexican pizzas substitute veggie chicken patty's for orignal half fat and calories sometimes make a noodle free chic parmesean oout of it.  nachos Take wendy's chilli throw it on baked tortilla chips lf or ff cheese, shredded lettuce. low carb tortilla's fill with prepared chicken breast strips lf cheese, salsa, w jello cup. wrap aspargas with piece of ham top with low cal spagetti sauce sprinkle with parmesean or lite laughing cow swiss cheese wedge (does not melt very well) but it taste really good! low carb tortilla top with pizza sauce ff or lf moz cheese, and lf ff pepperoni or ham. crab or lobster roll-mix crab i like the fake stuff with lf mayo put on roll add shredded lettuce.  hope this helps i hate eating the same things over again and over again.
