| I think you are right I should gradually reduce the calories. It took 2 years of not smoking to get this heavy so I shouldn't expect to lose it in a month. That is wonderfull you made your goal weight!!! Thanks so much for writing! | |||

| I have been drinkin beer most of my life. I quit because if I eat the amt of cals I should there are none left after the beer. When I smoked I ate very little and drank a lot. Since I quit smoking I have to eat or my stomach hurts. Can you cut back on the beer or drink Micelob Ultra Light? I don't like the taste. | |||
