An eating disorder is very serious.  I think by fousing so muh on weight from such an early age, she might be tempted to find unhealthy ways to lower her weight.  I know you want the best for her, but maybe just focus on making healthy selections together.

I know that you want your sister to be healthy.  But commenting about her weight only makes her more defensive and less willing to change her habits.  It might even embarrass her.  In my opinion model healthy habits and pray for her.

What I do is take a low cal tortilla (50 calories + high fiber).

Get my favorite tomato sauce, some cheese and mushrooms.  Bake in the oven for a few minutes. 

Not the same as the real thing, but I have a whole pizza for under a 100 calories.
