| I also have asthma so i walk 1 hour daily monday - friday and the weight is coming off very slow. When i try to do more i cant breath even with my inhaler so it looks like walking is my only choice so far. Good luck | |||

Hi Chrissae, I've been there many times before. I also need a kick most times. I spent a week doing nothing because of the weather and i know i should have been at the gym. Sometimes we go through this phase. So get up and start back working out. I'm starting back again this evening after work and also on Saturday morning. Good Luck

I have tried this diet and i couldnt get past the taste of it but i did it for 3 days and maybe lost 1 or 2lbs. I lost weight with the sacred heart diet by eating soup only then adding veggies and meat. Lost about 15lbs and once again got bored with it and just stopped.

| My biggest problem is writing down everything that i eat so i cut out the snacks and only have cereal w2% milk, lean cruisine for lunch and fish or chicken for dinner or sometimes a salad. I try to eat fruit during the day and veggies on weekends when i have time to cook. Any more suggestions let me know. | |||

| I would like to join this club. I'm currently at 207. I lost 14 pounds and now 5 weeks later have not lost a single pound. Getting frustrated again but trying to stay focused. I walk everyday for 1 hour and sat/sun walk the tread mill for 45min. I'm eating right and drinking less but again have not lost any more weight. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated. | |||

| I have asthma also and i find it hard to workout most days. When i do workout i use the treadmill for 20 minutes and i walk dont run. when i fell dizzy,faint or short of breath i stop. I'm know at the point of walking 20min., three days per week. Have not lost any weight yet but i'm not giving up. | |||
