i've been considering the same thing.

id say one of the best things to do is week by week take away one dairy product.
Start off by not eating eggs, then butter, then milk etc...

it will help you wean onto the lifestyle and simply to see weather it suits you as a person.

"Nestle is one of the largest companies in the world, and also one of the most vile. They know that once formula is introduced to a baby, the breastfeeding relationship is over, and they've got money in their pockets. They 'donate' formula to new mothers in third world countries. The formula lasts just long enough for their milk to dry up. What is a poor mother to feed her baby when she has no breastmilk and no money to buy formula? "

Simply search 'evil nestle' on google and you'll find plently of reasons to stop buying their products.

I havnt eaten nestle is at least 6 years - probably more.

basically, they feed babies in africa powdered nasty milk which gives them no nutrients - which envitably kills the babies.

well, what i meant was that CC said 10 calories for 1oz - do you think this is accurate?

(the other part was simply saying i had one which was 2oz, therefore making it 20 calories)
