| no i don't think i'm fat. i just want to be even thinner and i feel so accomplished when i lose weight. i've gained like 2 lbs from eating without any control, so i'm paranoid that people will see the weight gain, but i still can't stop eating and it's making me so depressed. like last week, i ate about 1500 calories for lunch in one sitting and then ate 700 for dinner. my mom just comments on my weight loss positively. if i told her my goal, she'd probably freak out, but she doesn't suspect i'm trying to lose more weight, since i eat the house now lol. |

| i have a treadmill and and a lot of exercise videos. i have no motivation to use them anymore, but maybe that's just because i've been so stressed with exams. i dno. i hope i'll be more motivated when i'm done. i want to be 100, because it's a nice even number. ever since i started losing weight, i've just wanted to get lower and lower. my original goal was 130, then 125 and 120. i think when i get to 100, i'll probably want 90. |

| yeah, i should exercise more, but i've lost ALL motivation to exercise. i used to do lots of cardio and weight training, but i just can't jog for more than 5 minutes now. it's so sad :( | |||

| no, i think you calculated it wrong. my bmi is around 19, which is normal. anyway, i think i developed compulsive overeating disorder. i just looked it up and i have all the symptoms. haha | |||

| i'm 5 4 and i weigh around 114, used to be 112 before i started eating like crazy. my goal is 105 and then i might get to 100. i always try to eat 300-500 per meal, but i usually always want to go back for more, which always leads to binging. my mom leaves out celery or other veggies for me to nibble on and it's a great strategy, but it doesn't satisfy me anymore. i used to eat loads of veggies, but now, all i want is a donut or muffin. she evens hides the fattening food, because she knows i binge like crazy now, but i can just go out and get food lol. i like the idea of not eating in the kitchen... i think if i eat downstairs, i'll be too lazy to go back up for more food lol. i don't know how people can eat lunch in 30 - 60 minutes. when i get food, i eat it right away, usually in less than 5 minutes. i just get excited when i'm around food... i try eating slowly, but i have no control! thanks for the tips :) |

| thanks for the tips. i've always tried to plan my meals, but i never follow my plans lol, but maybe i'll try that again, because lately, i've just been eating large amounts of food whenever i want :( |

| i binged yesterday on cereal (1000 cals), sorbet (500), tofu pudding (180) and lemon pie (around 500). i promised myself to be good today, but i ate a whole box of pop tarts (1600) already, but i purged about half. | |||

| lol you'll probably get yelled at for posting this. you can buy all the diet pills that don't require a perscription i.e. all the ones you see on a shelf. i've tried the mega-T things and they don't really work at all, because it's just green tea. i think the only pills that work are kind of dangerous, like zantrex 3 and hydroxycut. i'm too scared to try them, because a lot of people get jittery and have pretty bad side effects. anyway, i don't think you need diet pills to lose weight. just eat right and exercise :) | |||

| oat bran is awesome. it doesn't really have a strong taste, kind of like oatmeal. you have to add sweetener to it, usually just cinnamon and splenda or stevia. it also turns out huge after you cook it | |||

| you probably boosted your metabolism. because after the binge, your body expected to burn the same number of cals the next day, but you actually ate less the next day, so it burned fat instead. i hope that makes sense lol. anyway, you can actually let yourself "binge" every other week just to boost your metabolism, as long as it's occasional and you don't eat like 3000 cals | |||

| i usually have 40g of oat bran - 100 cal 3/4 cup water 2 egg whites - 40 cal half sliced apple - 40 cal 1 tsp cinnamon - 5 cal low cal sweetener - 5 cal dash of soymilk sometiems - 20 cal i mix everything together and microwave it. it's only around 200 cal, like 9g fibre, more than 11g protein and really filling. also tastes good. |

i've had a few memorable binges. my worst binge was just horrible... i didn't feel like ever eating again after. breakfast: 1 bowl of oat bran apple 4 egg whites almond and bean cereal mix 1 bowl oatmeal spoonfuls of rice with seaweed (sushi lol) peach carrot muffin from mcdonalds breakfast burritto from mcdonalds candy originally, i only planned to eat the first three items, but after i had the cereal mix, i was like "whatever". lol lunch: 2 cups sticky rice with meat and eggs dried prunes i couldn't walk after and had to lie down oat bran muffin with applesauce afternoon snack: 3/4 of a thick pita with rice and potatoes and ketchup (wtf) scrambled eggs dinner: 1 bowl rice and yams 4 packs of sesame crackers (4 large crackers in each pack, so 16 total) 1 pack of vegetable crackers (4 total) candy 2 large buns with pork filling 2 wonton 4 meat pie cookies (literally covered with grease) 1/2 cup kiwi ice cream 1/2 cup espresso ice cream 1 vanilla cone from mcdonalds again, i couldn't walk again. so this is pretty embarrassing. like how can someone eat this much?? |

| i ate mostly bad carbs... like 2 cranberry muffins today. i only chose them cuz they were low fat, but i couldn't even tell how many cals they were. i also ate a pack of creme filled cookies and a granola bar. lol, the only good carb i ate was oat bran and an oatmeal to go bar. i had all of this in one day. bad carbs make me binge too, which is what today was, but i'm gonna make sure i don't eat anymore food today. |

| i was wondering if eating too much junk food would prevent weight loss or make me lose muscle, cuz it doesn't have much protein. i'd really like to eat some protein, but i've had way too much to eat today. tomorrow's a fresh start, so i'm gonna eat a lot tmrw. |

| i tried induction for 2 weeks and quit after lol. the only good thing was that i didn't really crave carbs when i'm usually crazy about cookies and cakes. i lost 3 lbs, but then i couldn't take it anymore and totally binged and i got caught in a bingeing cycle, so i quit. anyway, don't do it. just count calories instead. it works better for some people, but you could be like me. |

| i lost two pounds the first week, nothing the second and quit after. the meetings are supposed to motivate you, but you have to find the motivation in yourself to lose weight lol. that sounds stupid, but it's true. when i was on the diet, i wasn't that desperate about losing weight, but after i quit, i REALLY wanted to lose, so it did it on my own and i've been pretty successful in terms of weight coming off, except that i developed an ed. lolz | |||

| thank you guys soo much. i didn't binge on them. i let myself eat two sugar-free cookies instead, even though i still felt like crap after. lol, i didn't realize they were a canadian tradition until i looked them up online. i just always took them for granted, cuz they've always been at the grocery store and me + dad ate them all the time when i was younger. they were in my house, because my dad likes junk food :( if i lived alone, i would never buy them at all lol. |

you sound just like me. i ate out all the time, especially at the local tim hortons. they have the best ice caps and hot cappuccinos. we also got deep-fried chinese take out like twice a week. i also hated salads, seriously. i just couldn't stand eating vegetables, but now i love them. i don't wanna guess at how many calories i could eat, probably over 2000. shockingly, i never went over 150. i guess my metabolism kept up with it... lol. sometimes i miss eating whatever i want, but in the long run, being thin is better. |
