That works. Same here actually, I haven't been eating horrible but I haven't been eating exactly healthy either and I've slacked horribly on exercising, so I need to focus and not let myself down on this. I know what you mean about getting discouraged quick hah if I don't notice anything within a week I get discouraged and give up, I'm too impatient haha but I really want this so I'm going to stick with it. I have no idea what my weight is right now I just know I cant trust my scale because my best friend got on it the other day and she's 5'4" and MAYBE 145lbs tops and it said she was 205lbs hah. So hopefully I can get a new one tomorrow and then I'm thinking about doing check-ins either on mondays or fridays w/ my weight.  Hope you keep at it!

Well good job to all of us in losing the weight we have (even if we've gained a few lbs back) =P at least we know we can do it! So how would we go about all this, do we start our own little group or just message each other back and forth and keep checking in with each others weight and how we're doing? Or how do ya'll want to do this? (I've never done it before and my family is no motivation so!) =P
