Because I read on a site that we lose 1 cal per min. I was suprised, I never knew, so I just wanted to make sure if what she was saying was true or not?

2 cups of all bran raisin cereal plus 1 cup of 2% milk, i know its not the best breakfeast but I used to do that, but I lowered my calorie intake to 300 cals in the morning

I put all the pasta in the boiling water because there was gonna be a little left if I didnt put the whole thing, so If i was to make spaghetti a 2nd time, well Id just have a bit left, not even enough, but now i have TOO much.

Alright well that doesn't really make sence, your mind controls your body so obviously how can 'your body' reach out for the food if it's your mind telling your body to do that.
See your family doctor or something, talk to your parents about your struggles maybe you need someone to do this with and just help you eat properly. At thirteen years old I was eating like a pig but always was active so be active, find an activity

But the cake was good! Especially the strawberries, wow! they were ah-mazing and fresh, Ive never tasted strawberries as sweet as those!

We are here to help you, if you want to get stressed out about a 15 pound gain when people are actually trying to lose more than 30 pounds and you are STILL 13 years old, then what are you freaking out about? YOU HAVE ALL YOUR LIFE TO LOSE IT!
If you've lost all that weight and gained it all back, then I dont see where in all this you've really wanted to stay slim.
We cant MAKE you lose weight, when people actually try to motivate you to get back on track the next day and start all over, there is no way you should take it negatively. Everyone on this site is struggling to lose weight, to gain some, to recover from anorexia/bulimia and staying healthy.
You dont want to be a failure. Your body wont change in one day and its not a reason give up and abandone what youve completed.
I dont get what you say about sacrificing, but if its junk and your favorite foods, then trust me, you'll crave it more than you think, have a treat once a week.

Nourish yourself with food, not drinks, you will be hungry sooner or later and you might end up binging and you don't want that. Eat a nice salad with salmon, chicken or tuna. It is filling but low cal!

that is not even close to a binge!
my binges get me to almost more than 2000 cals!
Dont worry about it, eat the fruit salad and tomorow work out

I also preordered the last and final book! I hope harry doesnt die, and end the book in tears like the sixth, it was pretty depressing but loved it anyway!
And Ill also go see the movie around midnight! Its going to be great!

And she is always afraid that her mother wont find her pretty, but she is gorgeous! I love her soo much shes so beautiful :)
She has wavy dirty blond hair, nice slim body about 5"3, and deep blue eyes, they are wonderfull, I dont know why she is so nervous but at the same time I know how she feels

It must be really weird for her because she never even met the mother and she gets a call from her in the morning in plus she is french from france and she was trying to make the mother understand what she was saying because they both dont have the same french accent. My niece is bilingual and speaks very well in both languages except not like her boyfriends mother

I only get back on track exactly when its been two binging days in a row, because whoaa Im going overboard here!
You can do it, stop thinking about food, eat 6 small meals a day and drink lots of water to control hunger
Im not a pro at this so maybe someone else can answer to this. Me too I need to get back on track and Ill start tomorow.

Im 23 years old, and I LOVE kid books example: the harry potter type
Everyone thinks that they are only for children but I actually think that they are made for every age, they are great books if you havent read them.
Now I am reading Twilight from Stephenie Meyer for the 2nd time, and trust me it is a GREAT book if you like reality mixed with fantasy, you'll fall in love with one of the main characters. Search the book and see what it's about, and if there are reviews check them out also to see what people thought about it.

Lol there are always days like that, I usually take my shower every morning but now that I have 2 weeks vacation from work I only wash my body and not my hair because its too much to handle (how lazy can I be?), but I also go swimming so why should I waste shampoo if Im always going back in the pool
