| Goal loss:2lbs Start weight (July 1): 122.5 Week 1 (July 8): 121.2 Week 2 (July 15): 121....even! Week 3 (July 22):121 Week 4 (July 29):121 Total loss for July:1lb these last two lbs are the hardest ever! i only lost one pound but i dont think it was a total failure bc iv managed to stay under 125 for a month now ...so yay me =O) |

| ah jessicakait dont feel bad iv only lost three, but at least its three from where i was. Im actually kinda proud of my three lbs bc iv maintained it and im slowly losing more =o)
oh and i missed my weigh in last fri so ill just post now 122.5 |

It really helps that weigh ins are on sunday-monday that way im less likely to ruin my progress over the weekend |

| *124* down two pounds and im eating cake!...cant help it its a birthday..it would be rude if i didnt right?..=op anyway im happy with my two pounds iv been eating well 80-90% of the time and working out...yay me =o)
pasta is good johgar, just go running the next day its incredible how much energy it gives u! Congrats amberwolg! thats an insane amount of weight for one week...=o) |

| stress deff makes u pack on the lbs, i found that each time i used to get togehter with my ex i gained weight and whenever we broke up i would lose what i gained...id say find out if ur bf is really mia or just avoiding u, make ur choice and ull find that ull be back to losing ....though taco bell prob isnt helping =op | |||

| off by a day i hope i still have in! im 5'6.5" pretty small framed and im looking to get back into shape, i used to play soccer, lax, and run track and ever since iv stopped iv compleatly lost it, i dont expect to have the same body but id like to get to a point where i feel healthy and be able to maintain that.

| blue you dont even have to join a class laps alone will do wonders =o)
and yea im very small framed, in in highschool i was 115 but i dont ever want to be that thin again i hated it (i had the body of a 10yr old boy!), up untill two yrs ago i was 120-122 which was nice i just want to get back to that. My main goal is to lose the chicken off my arms and tummy get toned and stay there. |

| ok im soo lost when it comes to dieting..calories..ect so im sticking w/ what i know exercise (running)! (of course i am cutting out junk food but thats as far as my "diet" goes) im not really concerned with weight for me its more about the body fat and being able to run 3 miles
height: 5' 6.5" weight: 127.8lbs body fat:27% can only run 1 1/2 miles id like to get at 18-19% body fat and be able to run 3 miles no prob dont really know at what weight that puts me but i figure once i reach my goal ill be in pretty good shape..=o) if anyone has suggestions im open to anything! |

| actually, i dont think my goal weight is too low at a weight of 119 my BMI would be 18.9 which within the the 18.5 to 24 range which is healthy. Underweight is 18.5 and below. Im not even shooting for my HS weight which was 117, im just trying to get back to my optimum soccer weight freashmen year when i was my stongest and most agile. | |||

| i am pretty much trying to do the same thing, i am 5'6" and am trying to get back to my freashmen weight of 119 ...only i have two yrs worth of not working out and eating shitty food so i dont know that its possible to lose it before summer | |||

| if ur 5'8 and only 108lbs it sounds like ur under weight, im 5'6 small frame, when i was in high school i was 115 and super skinny , up until 2 yrs ago i was 120lbs and still pretty slender, even at 130lbs now ppl still consider me slender, i can only imagin 108lbs on 5'8 slender frame, either ur not eating enough or u have a serious condition, deff get to a doctor! | |||
