i still came up with 240 cal using dominos website, with the bread being 220 of the calories. do i divide that by 8 slices, or is that the amount of calories per slice?

i got the pizza from papa john's. i'll update with calories by going to domino's website and guess-timating.

i must also thank this site. i've only been doing it for about 2 weeks, and have lost ~5lbs. I only gained 1lb over the weekend and lost it already. It was probably actually better, because I was eating too few calories, so i'm not as starved, and still losing.

i'm 5'7". my goal is 135 and learn to actually stay there before I try to do more loss. Then, maybe, 130 or 127.

the biggest thing that i have learned is that if you cut calories and limit when you eat (i don't eat past 7pm if I can help it) the you have a better chance. Eating that late, and then sleeping and letting it just sit on your stomach, is hard on a diet. i have only been doing this program for about 2 weeks and have lost 6 lbs. Yes, probably 3-4lbs water weight, but i can fit in jeans I couldn't fit in for MONTHS (in fact, i'm wearing them today). I do only try to eat 1000-1100 calories per day and exercise only once a week, but I'm very sedentary right now, so I don't need the extra calories.
