| Hey guys! So happy we have our own group now. I'm currently 145, have been anywhere from 141 to 149, never over never under. Dreaming of 130-135, but can't seem to make it, no matter how much I workout or cut calories. We'll see if this works! | |||

I'm hoping that I went from 141 (Thursday) to 145 (today) because of all of the sodium/Mexican food I ate this weekend. We'll see! Praises: Still consistently working out. If I don't make it to the gym I've been hopping on my bike and riding trails or doing a 3-4 mile ride up and down hills...so keeping up a healthy, consistent workout. |

| Nicole Current Weight: 144 pounds Last Week Weight: 143.75 pounds Pounds lost Week 4: +.25 pounds Starting Weight: 146.0 pounds Pounds lost since challenge: 2.0 pounds I actually was down to 141 by the end of last week, so I'm hoping the recent weight gain is just water weight. Otherwise I'm doing a lot worse than I thought! I still have problems eating healthy on the weekends. I definitely need to stay away from alcohol! I'm doing really well with exercise, especially w/ the nicer weather and now that I've got my mtn bike fixed. So I'm getting out a lot more, plus my regular workout schedule w/ weights & cardio at the gym. Hopefully it'll get better by next week! |

| Hi Kujayhawk,
I'm also having ab the same problem. I'm 23 (female), 5'6, and currently 144 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 133-ish and have been counting calories the last 4 weeks and cutting about 500 a day, 7 days a week, but I haven't lost a pound either. I work out 4-6 days a week at the gym (weight training & cardio) plus my extracurricular activities in the afternoons/evenings (mtn biking, swimming, hiking). None of it seems to be making a difference! At first I assumed it was fat turning into muscle, but I'm really hoping to drop down on the scale. If anyone has any advice to offer, I'd appreciate it. |

Sticking to an eating schedule. I work such odd hours and eat randomly, so it's hard to stick to a healthy diet. I also just got back from a 4-day cruise, and althought I tried my best, I know I ate way more than I should have. Not as much as I would have a year ago, but still not healthy. What behavioral modifications will help you conquer this frustration and turn it into a success? Keep healthy snacks around at all times. Will you commit to these steps that you outlined above to yourself and this board?! Yes. |

| Fortunately live in the U.S., Richmond, VA right now. Participate in mostly outdoor sports like mtn biking, whitewater rafting & kayaking; hiking, trail runs, etc. | |||

I worked out (cardio & weights) even though I definitely would rather have taken a nap. I started packing a lunch & snacks for work so that I wouldn't get that lunch craving and eat large portions. What could you improve on in week 2? Try to get my intake at less than 1,500 calories a day. Eat healthier foods, more fruits and veggies. Goals for Next Week: 1,500 calories max a day. Try not to eat out at restaurants more than 2 times this week. I'm going on a road trip this weekend, so I'm going to try my hardest to eat something healthy on the road. Keep up my workout regimen! |
