I'm truly sorry about your loss. I'm sure by now your Dr. has given you all the statistics that go along with miscarriage. I unfortunately had a miscarriage after my first child, and you do get through it. I'm 5 months now. We waited until the Dr. gave us the all clear to try again which was to wait until after a completer cycle. We were lucky and conceived right away and things are going great. As for your weight gain, remember that your body takes time to stop producing hormones, so don't rush yourself. Just give yourself some guide lines and try to stick with them. Things will fall into place. You don't want to put so much stress on your body that it complicates getting pregnant again. I wish you the best of luck, things will work out. |
