| Hi Everyone, I have maintained being under 150 for almost two weeks now so I figured I should pop in for some extra motivation. I am trying to get down to 130 (my ideal for me). Since I started counting and monitoring what and how I eat the types of excerise and everything I have lost about 28 lbs since January. Most people who know me didn't think that I was that heavy, but one someone with an hour glass figure you can pretty much get away with it for a little while. I am trying to lose the weight for me and no one else and a little out of spite. Ex broke up with me because I was not as thin as his previous girlfriends and hated that my weightloss was not as rapid as he would have liked. Well 5 months later I am 28 lbs less and I feel great and look better too. To bad he didn't have the patience to see me through this. Anyways sorry about the rambling (I think I need to get that off my chest). |

Hi Everyone.... I am in total shock.... For the longest time I have been weighiing myself every morning and it kept telling me I was in the 150's even creeping up to the 160's again and I almost tossed my scale out the window. When I told my dad what had been going on and laughed at me because I had my scale on carpet not a solid flat floor like concrete. So after his advice I weighed in at 67-68 kilos, which is about 149.6 lbs............ now if I can inch a little lower that would be great!!! |

| Hey everyone, I am still sitting at around 154-153, most of which is my own fault for not going to Aikido for a week, but I did survive easter and did not touch a peice of chocolate. The good news is that I am now fitting into a size ten and not a twelve anymore.....But I am still not going to run out and eat a Mcburger to celebrate that would be silly, instead I am going to treat myself to a glass of red wine and some cheese..... |

| Wow I am speechless....There is so much incouragement here and non where I am physically how lame is that! Well the goods news is that I lost 3 lbs, so I am now at 154. As for finding low sodium chips not gonna happen. I have been really good at walking passed that isle and going straight for the mixed nuts in the bulk section with out salt. Getting out of the 150's is not going to be easy like it was getting out of the 70's and 60's (for me it was). I know I have to work harder because I have started to plateux. |

| I weighted myself this morning. I am all bloated because I am going to be starting my cycle this week and there I am up 2lbs. It is my fault really, I caved in to the chip craving. Damn crunchy salty goodnes that is evil! >.< Grand total is now 157 lbs. |

| What I find really hard is that I am the only one in my peer group trying to lose weight and become healthier. So thanks to everyone for their moral support! |

| Hi everyone, I am new (Taadaa!) here and I am really impressed with the way that everyone on this site is really positive. I am currently weighing in at a 155lbs. The problem I have is getting below this. I am 5 foot 6 and I want to be about 135-140. I would like to be able to wear a bikini for the first time this summer. and keep the weight off. I started at 175 at the end of last year. Since then I have been going to Aikido three times a week and I walk for an hour everyday. Any suggestions would be great |

| Count me in. New to this site and I like what I see I hope this helps with the motivation. Started losing the weight in January (started at 175lbs) I am currently at 155lbs (this is where I start to lose my motivation) |
