| I know the feeling. I didn't do well today...and I kept telling myself "Oh I've done good" But then I would turn around and find myself telling someone I am stuck between a certain weight. So I have decided to treat my self to a good movie or a book or something to Scrapbook with. (also if I reach my Goal weight, my hubby is taking me to "Sybris" a married getaway resort...that you can have your own pool in your room!!!! I have about 62lb to go!)
So, stay away from Food reward. Find some kind of outfit, or if you have a hobby reward yourself something to do with that. Good Luck!!!! |

| I want to look thinner
feel Healthier Look good for my husband. Be more in shape, so when I have kids I can better keep up with them I am sick of being overweight and never feeling like I look good in my clothes because they are so big. They don't make alot of cute clothes for overweight people, kinda of baggy and void of shape. I am ready to show off my waist. We/I can do this!!!! |

| Ok I just measured myself....and it's been since approx Jan or Feb since I did. I just started dieting March 13 like I said previously. Anyhow.....I said all that to say I have lost a total of 5 in. of my body. Biggest loss was off my butt and chest and I am at over an inch loss in both areas. YIPEE!!!! | |||

| 900 for me. Can I count all the walking I do for my job?? I am a court runner and walk all over downtown. As long as I am keeping my heart rate up..would that count as exercise?? | |||

| 900 min for me. I am a first timer at this and I hate to exercise so maybe it will help me. ???? I am a court runner.....I walk 25 plus blocks a day. Can I count the time it takes as part of my exercise if I am really keeping my heart rate up?? | |||

| hello, I am new (kind of) I have been gone for a long time. I stated out on March 13 at 223 and now as of this morning am down to 211!!! I am so pumped. this last week I was able to get back into a dress I couldn't wear for awhile. I want to measure inches to see where i am. I measured around Jan or Feb before I really stated trying so I want to measure again and see where I am. I want to get on here more often to motivate you all and in return be motivated. Good luck and happy dieting this weekend.
