hiya, i'm 21 and I'm looking to lose around 22lbs and winter is horrid. In fact, the past month has been too, I've gained - so, it's time to do this properly. |

Breakfast: All Bran, banana and blackberry muffin. Omelet with Parmesan cheese and tomato. Lunch: noodle broth type thing (packet of noodles cooked in too much water and I'm too lazy to drain it ;) ) Snack: Natural light choice's yogurt with fruit. Veg and hummus. Perhaps a smoothie, I'm not sure though. Dinner: I can't remember, perhaps Mackerel with potato and salad. |

Height: 5'5 Last Weeks Weight: 144.8 This Week: 147.8 Total loss: .6 So, I was not very well at all. I'm guessing my body jumped for joy when I started eating again. Guessing that is a mixture of not brillaint eating (though I would say I've been at maintenance), water and more water. And maybe a lil' bit of muscle . I feel smaller, my shoulders feel different, defined. WHY DOES the fat have to go off my chest and shoulders first and then...... nothing. I know it's gone off my chest. I can see. So, back up to where I was before I got ill. I can cope with that. |

will post weight tomoz. It will be bad. I've started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred thing. Sore... AGAIN. I'm guessing I have some water retention. So Aliceinonederland ;) Yeah, you'll kick my butt. *looks at scale* some point last week it said 149 - I went up 5lbs :'( |

Height: 5'5 Last Weeks Weight: 147.8 This Week: 144.8 Total loss: 3.6 I'm tking it, just don't think it will last. Been VERY ill = haven't been eating much. I imagine as soon as I start feeling better, the weight will jump back up. BUT hey. 144.8 - I'll take it for now. :D thats a 3 lb drop from last week! |

Height: 5'5 Last Weeks Weight: 147.4 This Week: 147.8 Total loss: 0.6 Sp, upward spiral. I'll be honest. Honest is good. I had two bars of chocolate and a chinese yesterday. Sodium. Must be. I have started that whole 12 weeks to weightloss thing. MY ass hurts like a bitch, feels very heavy, sore - like I worked it out. Stupid lunges. They kill me. Water retention. MUST be - becuase I still feel sore. My only explanation. We'll see next week. |

I had a terrible week. Really, I did. Height: 5'5 Last Weeks Weight: 146.4 This Week: 147.4 Total loss: 0.8 Not brillaint. But, only up a pound, I sort that. I have a week off - so, I'm gonna do some serious excercise. |

Height: 5'5 Previous Weight: 148.2 Current Weight: 148.2 Goal: 126 It's not gone up, at all - so, I guess that is something. I don't get it though. I've been eating healthy-ish all week, I've started excercise again. I know it is probably water retention in my muscles, that or I had too much sodium yesterday (which I know I did - tried to flush that out though!) Last time I did this I saw results, and since I've done it I am not seeing any results anymore. Not one - I went down at some point last week to 147.2 - so I know I fluctuate - meh - just discouraging. I mean - I haven't even lost water weight. |

I'll have to weigh in on Sunday as I do not have access to scales monday morning - well, scales I can trust ;) I walked 2.5 miles today, so - I'm in the mood for some serious weight lossage! lol. |

Hopefully soon the weather will be okay again. I can't believe it's Friday already! I'll be honest, I look outside and think 'what's the point?' I'm back from college, weary, tired and knowing that I have homework. Still, half term next week - I am using that week as a chance for me to say, 'Well, I have no excuse now. I'll have the whole week!" So, hopefully, next week will be where it's at. The weather looks like it feels like it's ready to improve. I'll start running again next week, take it slowly, it's been a while! I REALLY want to see 140 by the end of Feb, and I know that I can do it! |

Heya. My internet was playing up a bit - I think I've been okay though! I'll see on sunday when I weigh in. I was hoping the snow was going to go but it has started up again, rubbish! I want a little warmer weather so I can start (or at least be motivated) to get out there and get moving! Next week keeps turning into next week! |

ohh. i would love my own treadmill! lol. No money, no space. I'll have to wait for the snow to thaw which isn't happening very quickly before I can think about running again. It's the lack of excercise - it doesn't help me much at all! |

Well, I plan today to get some serious burn going (ie. excercise. Actually doing some!) I like groups like these - gives me motivation to actually do it! The scale said 145 this morning, an improvment, if I just get moving.... |

my short term goal is to get back to 140 - at the moment the closest I've got is 142 - but today I was 146. Silly scales. Longer term goal - get back to 133 and then maintain for a little while, and then 126. See how I feel at 133 though - although that seems a LONG way away! |
