Weight Loss maximum calories to eat without gaining weight ? Nov 08 2009

the easiest way would be to eat higher calorie foods, Eggs, Bread, Milk, or pastas these are all much higher calorie to weight foods, so it should be easier to eat the same amount of food and get more calories out of it. also strive to eat 3 meals a day a good Breakfast Lunch and Dinner at the same time every day will help to train your system to be hungry. that's a good start anyway.

I had the same thing and it turned out to be asthma. however it gets a lot better after a few weeks of constant exercise. i don't start coughing anymore unless i run for much longer than usual. you can go to your doctor and get a exercise induced asthma inhaler which you take right before you exercise and that dose wonders until your lungs get stronger.

or just make sure you have healthy snacks stashed in your room, Quaker Rice cakes do the trick for me.

I have tried them twice the first time i lost a lot of weight in a few months, but the second time i tried them i didn't lose any weight. Granted the first time i was on a good diet and was working out a lot so as of now i would say that they don't have any real effect but the defiantly made me think i was doing better the first time i used them.

I know that didn't help but its a start

Weight Loss Helpful Hints? Am I Wrong? Nov 14 2007

I would say that yes you do need a few more calories in your diet. Have you ever calculated your Resting Metabolic Rate? that will tell you how many calories you need a day I would guess its closer to 1500-1800. Even though you are trying to lose weight by working out a lot, if you don't eat enough calories its the same as not eating at all and you body will go into a storage mode. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/calrmr.htm is a good calculator to use and their are lots of other good hints and handy forums on this sight as well. Good luck
