| Hi ya folks! I've missed you all a lot. I've been extremely busy at work & at home as well. I'm trying to get into a new routine and I had let myself come last. So on to the do-over. My water intake was terrible but I'm getting that back under control. Diet & exercise has been bad but I'm on the road to recovery there as well. I'll pop back in as often as I can. Keep up the posting...I really need the inspiration you give. Bigg Hugggzzzz!

| Wow! Very informative.........I love this forum. It's nice to read the posts & see that I'm not alone. It sounds like we've all hit a rough spot here and it's nice to see us all cheering the other on. I know I'm heading into those meno years but didn't know what some of the symptoms were. Thanks Debbie for the post. I've taken one the over the counter "are you a meno" tests but it said "not yet"...then I think OMG and hit the pregnancy test and it said "nope, not that either" (thank God!). I've done this more than once & I'm sure my pharmacist thinks I'm insane...Pull Ups in one hand, maxi pads in other and Depends protective underware (for my mom but hell they don't know) in the basket. I just beginning to feel a few faint hot flashes, the mood swings - can't judge by that, I'm a Gemini so hell, I'm moody 1/2 the time. I usually only get my period pimple so no real adult pimples (but sure nice to hear that's a symptom too GEEEEEEEEz!) And how about all those new stray hairs. Nothing like finding one on your chest! How attractive. The hairy Diva.... oh well, maybe my son will be a plastic surgeon when he grows up.
Anyway, I better clear outta here. Much to do and little time to do it in. Big Hugzzzzzz to ya! |

| Miss me? I missed you tooooooooooooo! OMG it's been crazy. Life has a way of throwing things a little......ok, ok A LOT different my way. I've been down the path of verrrrry unhealthy but at least (judging from some of the posts) I've been in good company. You're right Nancy, they don't build them damn wagons like they use to. Work started getting ultra busy, then I realized my water intake was slipping, my work out nights have been interrupted by either life or my unwillingness to get off my Diva butt and get it moving....but not to fear or get depressed b/c I too believe like you Nancy, if I were perfect I'd be bored as hell. So, I'm going about my self sabatoge right now in an effort to challenge myself back into healthy b/c I know this too will pass & I will seek the challenge again. Nancy, it's always nice to read your posts. I love your spirit.
GordaB: Once again we land in the same boat (you have Girl Scouts I have 2 children coming to live me ... permanently; 10 yr old and a 1 yr old in addition to my now 3 yr old) so I don't think that exercise challenge will be too big a hit. Events have pulled me away from my routine workouts but I will regain them. I was prepared to go last Wed. but had my way blocked by an explosion. My gym is downtown Dallas and we had industrial area explode due to a canister leak (they store oxygen tanks, helium, liquid gases) that cause major freeways to shut down including the ones to my gym. I considered it a sign and went home. Anyway, I've miss you all horribly. Bonna: I hope your back is getting stronger. Keep posting for me. All of you are my inspiration. I love my over 40's Family. Have a great weekend. Bigggg Hugggggggzzzzzzz! Chow! |

| Hey 40's Family! I'm still kicking but not enough to call it exercise. We're running the office with a short crew so I haven't had much time to pop in. I keep CC online during my work day so I can post my consumption. I don't take a lunch hour so I can post without guilt. I truley appreciate this group. It's nice to pop in and see the success and the struggles and know I'm not alone.
Bonna: I'm glad to see you back and sorry to hear about your back. Keep talking to us so we can help you through the rough spots. You're not alone. Nancy: you are a riot. I get a giggle every time I read your posts. mctami: I have no clue what the green line is to mean. Mine looks like my 2 year old drawing and as long as those 2 lines don't mean pregnant then I'm happy. Oh, and Happy (belated) Birthday to you. and to all over 40ers posting here - you're my heros and my inspiration. Thanks for being here. Gotta run (ha!). Biggest Huggzz. DD |

| Since the posting of my last set of stats I did pretty much nothing to improve. This covers from where I left off last posting thru Sunday:
Water: Didn't (at least nothing to write home to mom about) Exercise: only cleaning and chasing 2 year old Weigh day - I didn't bother. So today's monday - got my gym clothes in the car ready to go. Wish me luck -- I seem to be in a bit of self destruct mode (and enjoying it....I'm one sick puppy) Love, DD |

| Hey Family 40! Lots of deadlines to get out this week so may not be posting as much. Damn work always interfers with my play time ... hope all goes well this week. I think last week was pretty much a caloric disaster for me. But, that why God made next week. :'] anywhoooo, I better scat. Bigg Huggz to all....
Oh, Nancy missed your pic so you'll have to let us know when/if it's a re-post. Italy...how wonderful. I'm excited for you. Gorda...keep up the good work, you're my motivation. Too: Thanks for the clothing tip. I love to shop. shearfam: Thanks for the encouragement Bonna: You're in our prayers. Chow Baby! |

| Late for class as usual.
I think i posted monday's stats. Tues I only got 1/2 my water in Exercise: Does running out the office door count? If so, done. weight day is Saturday. Wednesday - 7/4 Water: Nope. Drunken watermelon: Yep. Exercise: house work; leg lifts w/step stool & 2 yr old Did not diet but did not overdo either. Had the lighter versions of the menu and had 2 onion rings, 2 french fries, hand full of chips and a grilled chicken wrap. I sampled all the food and drink I've been staying away from so I didn't feel deprived but didn't feel like a bloated whale either. 7/5/07 H2O: only 1/2 my water ( I really need to work on this) only 40 oz Exercise: 4.1 miles on treadmill - varying speeds and inclines but I don't think I met my calorie intake for the day. Busy after the holiday at work and didn't have time to stop to think about eating. Oh well, maybe it will even out the 4th for me. I'll let ya know about Friday when it's done. I'll be outta pocket for the weekend so have a good one. Bonna: We miss ya girl. Our thoughts and prayers are with. Bigg Huggzzzzzzz Ladybugs. Chow. |

| Hey Ladybugs! Just droppin' in to say "hey". It' been crazy since the 4th and not gonna slow down any this weekend either. I did NOOOOOOOOOOO dieting whatsoever on the 4th but I didn't overdo either. That was my intent. I did some exercise w/my 2 year old. He likes to get the step stool from the kitchen so he can reach things he's not suppose to be into so I took the opportunity to use it as step and work out the lower part of my body while my son stood there laughing his 2 yr old behind off at me. Add a little "wWoo" to it and he's totally entertained, I'm exercising and the stool is being used for something other than Time Out. I went to they gym last night and did 4.1 miles on the treadmill so I feel great.
2phatforgood: I hope you stick around. I think you will find plenty of support here. You're not a loser, you're a learner. We've all made bad choices; the good news is we have the power to make good ones too. If you don't make a bad one once in a while how would you know good from bad? You must know black and white before you can know gray. We're all learning - try not to be so hard on yourself (one I must tell myself daily and more than once), don't take life tooooo seriously and enjoy the ride. And remember.... Think you can, Think you can't. Either way, you're right. Bigg Huggz Love - Chat on Monday. :] |

| Foods | does this count? | Jul 03 2007 20:57 (UTC) |

| Great question. And these types of entrees just don't answer it for me. I think the answer may lie in your regimen. Mine calls for 3 veggies a day at 1 cup servings. With these types of entrees it's hard to tell. I have one in my fridge right now... I prefer to make my own b/c I can measure out exactly what I'm eating but in prepared foods like this I can't measure and the box doesn't tell me much either. I use them for calorie & portion control during the work week because I figure they're still better than the fast food I would be forced to buy otherwise. Sorry I didn't really answer your question - have you noticed when you put these entrees in the food log and put in the stats it only give the meal a C or a C+ on the nutritional grade? I guess that's still better than a D or F I would get for fast food. | |||

| Hey V: I like the way you think :] Trade off beer for water....problem is that's about what I did....well, on Friday night anyway..didn't drink much of anything the rest of the weekend. Bonna: Your fix for on the road water: 1. Map out all potty stops...you're gonna need 'em. 2. Take bottled water with you. Line 'em up and have them ready to go. Maybe take a small cooler with your "required" amount and anything over is gravy (and another pit stop) 3. Regarding neck & Pilates....if you have neck issues concentrate on being KIND TO YOUR NECK. When ever it hurts or gets tired, rest it. Do not overdo the neck area. Proper position (according to my instructor b/c I'm no expert by any means) of neck should be neutral and long. (ears pulled away from shoulders) If you're in an upward position you should have chin tucked in and eyes should be staring at belly (not hard for me at all since it trys to pop right up there in my face...need to suck it in more) or if legs are up or incline you should be staring at your knee caps. This really will help the neck but most important is to relax the neck if it starts to ache. Listen to your body when you do Pilates and you will become stronger without injury. That's why I love it. Oops....almost forgot my stats for Monday: Weight: 159.5 (butt naked) on my weigh day 1st thing Saturday - 165 fully clothed at the end of the day Monday before workout. (now you see why I don't weigh in everyday? Drive me insane!) Execercise: 1 hour Pilates (was P'd off about the scale so I put more effort into work out and refused to get back on scale after workout although the thought did cross my mind......told you I was a scale addict. Water: Got my 80 oz (hey it was Monday) Note for Bonna - at 40 + it's not a real good idea (for me anyway) to have water right before 1 hour Pilates class. We had to do the "swim" on a Bosu (sp?) ball. Full bladder & Bosu swim do not mix. Thought I was gonna P my yoga pants before that one was done. Thought for topic light & fun: Most embarassing work out moment: Here's mine: Pilates is all about core strengthening. Everything comes from the abs....everything...leg work, roll ups.....suffice it to say beans, fruit and Pilates roll up do not QUIETLY mix. It wouldn't have been so bad except the instructor said "let's bark like a seal" - windy seal it was....my only reply was "Oh, no I didn't!" Oh well, laughter works the abs too. Okay. So what was your most embarassing exercise moment? |

| Yep self sabotage and I do it all the time. Runs me F'in insane! I always blamed my Geminin personality, one says yes, the other say no. Good n Bad; Ying and Yang. There has to be something in my character that says, I'm not good enough, must work harder; can't except that being so easy; must pay my dues. This is why I don't judge others; I have a full time job judging myself. If you find a way to beat the SS please let me know. And no, one is never alone, we just think we are. :] Bigg Huggz!

| Hey Donna: Don't sweat the gain. I did the EXACT same thing and gained 6 pounds before I finally got it going the other way again. If you can see my weight chart it looks like my 2 yr old's drawing. I am .5 away from being where I started when I joined. So I hear your frustration. It probably has something to do with the other thing we talked about in the 40 forum. Just don't give up. Heck, I did my measurements on Saturday and can you kindly tell me how the hell you toss pounds and gain inches? I know my boobs didn't get any bigger so that aint that cause (dammit). Anyway, I aint sweatin' it...I'm just a little backwards I suppose.

| I too was somewhat out of pocket.
Thursday I got all of my water requirement & then some 80 + oz. 100 side leg lifts On Friday I was in court all day (and the Judge won't allow water in the courtroom ... so I hid it...but didn't get my usual 80 + in. My guesstimate would be about a shocking 40 oz. Excercise: We got a "not guilty" so the only exercise I got that day was jumping up & down when the jury rendered the verdict. Then running around the courthouse to copy file and had to go to car to get $ for copy machine in law library & used the stairs so I guess I can count that as exercise for the day. Saturday: I really suck at this on the weekend! I did get my water in 80 + on Saturday Exercise: Walked around in baby store to get booster seat for my son and I guess chasing a child in a toy store "Toy R Us" could be considered as exercise I suppose. My son is now trying to watch for me to do the side and front leg lifts in the kitchen. He just thinks it's too funny and laughs at me. Out loud. Sunday: I did not do well on water at all. I do no exercise at all. Unless you count the water I got soaked with while running from the grocery store to the car that I purposesly parked far away so I could get the extra walk in the rain. I must hate water on the weekends b/c I have such a hard time getting it in. I've go to devise a plan to fix that. Chow Pals! Bigg Huggzzzzzzzzzzz! |

| Hey NeverNever, You made it! Yippee! Glad to see you here.
GoraButt - I had the exact same experience this month; right down to the nagging back (holding in stomach did help relieve the lower back pain) I was 20 days & 3 negative pregnancy test past due. (They need ones that say "pregnant, not pregnant & paranoid") I had been right on schedule and then for whatever reason mother nature decided to jerk my chain. You see the last time I lost weight and was shooting for this goal I was 7 lbs from goal when I learned I would be needing to pick a name for a 7 lb goal. See my gallery and you'll see my 7lb goal robber. So needless to while really working my weight issue, a 20 day late was not making this Diva happy. I have no clue what or why and wondered the same thing myself. Could I be peri? Pre? Who knows. I'll be interested to see what this month brings. So long as it's not 7lbs and needing a name I'll be thrilled. (I got pregnant on the pill when I was taking it sooooooo, yes, p, np & Paranoid) Elaine - We're getting slam dunked with rain this season. It's pouring rain now. Lots of flooding...hmmm..was that Noah I saw? Bonna - I know it hurts....I wish I had the energy my 2 year old has or a pharmacy that sold it would be nice. And as for the 4th, I'm going to eat and drink whatever I want to, within total limits. I found that if I allow myself whatever it is that looks sooooooooooo goood before it comes to be a powerful urge, I'm content and less likely to overdo. I'm not really a bad eater, portion control is more my issue. Hell, everything's big in Texas, so the story goes, so when you bring me a fish looks like a deck of cards, I want to play cards. Anyway, have a great holiday. Bigg Hugggzzzzzzz to all. DD |

| Oh my my what have we embarked on here?? Law of Attraction? (Smiles Widely cuz she's been aware of this for a while now) Pod, the way you shut up small minded people is to close your ears. If you can't hear them, you can't acknowledge them. If you choose to hear what they say then take what you like and leave the rest. Everyone is entilted to an opinion so we shall never shut them up, I feel it would be wrong to do so but we can sure as hell daze tthem a bit. Have you ever heard the term "so you think it, so it be"? or how 'bout "think you can, think you can't - either way, you're right."
Thin1 - how to feel??? Practice. Act as "if". Visualize until you really really really believe it. We all have the ability to do it we just don't know we do. Look at this way, if you can believe you're fat then you can reverse the belief. I'm not saying mix that up with denial -- that's a hole new thread. If you have pics of yourself at the ideal weight then look at them so you can remember how it was, and will be again. Be careful to to overwhelm yourself. Stinkin' Thinkin' got me here so now I have to reverse some of the beliefs I had in the past to change the reality of what is. My overwhelm, I mean this........... I visualize the scale every night showing 125 and then get discouraged when I jump on and it still say 159.5...oh, yeah that's what it say this weekend so I guess I shouldn't really be here but when I put my clothes on I'm still in the 160 so I'm gonna stay here until I weigh less than 160 fully clothed. Great topic you brought up here. I could talk and analize this subject for days. Thanks for the great thoughts. Bigg Huggzz my friends. Diet Diva |

| Howdy 160ers. And welcome mwb3718. Advise for a newcomer? Yep..got some. Visit OFTEN. For me it's not hard to get discouraged so when I come here happy or sad I always leave with a feeling of "I can do this". You will find a lot of opinions here. Some you will agree with & some you won't and that's ok. Everyone here, I think, really cares. None of us, that I've met so far are experts (if we were we wouldn't be here now would we? think abou it) in this diet and eating stuff but we are all learning and sharing what we've learned. We motivate whenever we can, we laugh with you, cry with you..whatever. We care. So please visit often and post. Share your successes (too many ccc & ssss) and your sorrows. Your posts will help us when we can't seem to help ourselves. Now catb723: I am soooooooooooo in your court. If you were to look at my weight chart you would see that I came to CC weighing in at 159 & promptly gained (yep said GAINED) 6 pounds. (Over achiever!) Now I'm happy to report I've tossed all but 1 pound of it but that's why I'm sitting in the 160 club and not the 150. Now, I can do one of a few things, I can get down on myself really bad or I can acknowledge the fact that had I weighed in at less than 160 I wouldnt be here; and I wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet and greet the great folks in this club. 2 ways to look at it and the best part is I get to choose. It sounds like you're doing all the right things; now keep it up and stay off the SCALE. Are you a scale addict? I am. So I weigh in ONLY once a week. I can't begin to tell you how hard that was for me when I first started it. I had to say out loud "Diet Diva's a scale JUnkie!" You might try too the increase of water....it's made such a difference for me although at first it was the same as you....no budge in the pudge...but I know it will and we'll be back in the 130 club saying "fancy meeting your here." Gotta go get my 2 yr old so 160ers stay motivate, happy and of course Charming. Biiiiiiiggggggg HuuuggggggZZZZZzz to all. Chow Baby. Chat tomorrow. |

| Hey Cleo - I was actually reading another post and stumbled across yours. First Congrats on the weight loss. I think anyone who has dieted or changed their life style of eating has had this happen. Weight is tossed off and then it's like hitting a wall...and the scale won't budge. When this happens to me I eat just a little more and sometimes that will move it; if that doesn't work then I change what and when I eat and sometime that will help. Another thing I might ask is how is your water intake? I drink 1/2 my body weight in oz of water (or more) per day. I suck at it on the weekends but without fail thru the week drink my water. I don't know what it is about water (possibly the increased exercise from running to the potty? whose to say?) but when I increase it the weight start to drop. Give it a try and keep us posted on your results. Good luck Cleo. | |||

| Hey Bonna: Sorry to hear the Pilates (along with the rest) got ya. It does happen. It can be such a gentle work out that you don't realize you're really working out. That's one of the reasons I enjoy it so much. Now that I've hit the Over 40 (ouch) group, Ive learned that my over 40 bod won't tolerate the 20 yr old aerobic routine that I used to do. (dammit) of course, the 20 years of smoking didn't help much either. But when I would try to 20 yr stuff I too would get so sore that I wouldn't be able to work out for a few days and then I'd quit. This time around Ive confessed my current limitations and do what I can. I don't push myself too far....a little far, but not toooo far. I know you hurt like all get out but try maybe walking a little. Maybe it will help with th stiffness and soreness (was that your bones I heard popping? or mine? :0)
Hang in there my friend and look for screen name "NeverNever" to show up. I found her in CC land and gave her the link to us. Give her a Bigg HuggZZZZ if you see her post and I'm not looking....of course, yur grate at welcomin' folkz any who. Chow for now...Bigg Hugggz to ya. jlo aka Diet Diva |

Peachgirl - welcome to our club. You expect you won't be here long and that's okay because we wont either. It's a good to have you and we expect you will be gone before long too. We will help you every pound of the way. Congrats on your 20 pound toss. Please keep us posted (all of you please) on your goals, successes and struggles too. As for me, I've got 'er back down to 160 (butt naked) but 163 by evening (butt naked) now you can see why it is I stay off the scale except for one day on Saturday. That up & down stuff drives me to the first Burger Hutt I can find and the next thing you know I'm drowning my fat sorrows in catsup.....sooooo, Big Girls here stays off the scales except for Saturday weigh in and measure. Anyone else addicted to the scale? It's insane! Anyway, I've been posting on the Over 40 forum and I've been working the new exercise and water Challenge this week. So far so good. I have 2 days that I devote, come rain, shine or even depression that I go to the gym for Pilates class for 1 hour session. My problem is the rest of the days....no exercise except for chasing a very active 2 year old with more energy than I...so this week I've had to come up with some form of exercise in order to meet the challeng. You should have seen me doing my standing leg lifts in the bathroom at 10 p.m. Texas Time, while brushing my teeth and hiding from my 2 yr old. Anyway, something is better than nothing and it was a great workout (50 lifts each side - knees high) for my hips and buttock. So hey, I'm gonna shut up for now. Stay motivated and stay in touch! | You're the best mom in the world. I work for a family law attorney and have for 21 years this September. Our primary practice is custody. You are 100% on target with your feelings and I can assure you your son will benefit from your selfless act. He deserves to know his father. Did I understand he is about the same age you were at the time you met his father? became involved with his father? Again on target with the fact that 15 years will change a person. The father did after all move to where his son is living. That speaks volumes. Your having lunch and showing your son that you can all be friends is also award winning. You my hero mom. From experience I can tell you not many mothers (or fathers for that matter) would have done the same. It was a very selfless act and you should be very proud of yourself. Whether it works out or not you should still get the Mother of the Year Award. | |||

80 oz water intake 100 standing leg lifts (50 each leg) in the bathroom while brushing teeth with 2 year old trying to bust into bathroom with me. weigh in & measurements on Saturdays week started at 160 I'm already liking the Challenge b/c it does make me push for some form of exercise every day. Although I had to resort to leg lifts in my bathroom at 10:00 at night (Texas Time) I did at least do "somethnig" as opposed to "nothing" which has been my usual. I like reporting in daily because it takes it back to accountability. If I report daily then I'm more likely to push for exercise. If I get to wait a day or 2 I'll cheat. I know me. :] |

| Hey Too nice to meet you too. Thank you. Don't know if you've been here for you too weeks this year but hot it's not. We've had so much rain that the water restrictiions have been lifted and the lake levels are back to or above normal.
Donna: I doooooooooooooo love my Pilates class. I fight for my classes 2 times a week. There has to be a pretty good reason for me to miss. My man picks up the baby on Mon & Wed so I can go to the gym. I started going in Feb (my new stress release since I quit smoking) and have been faithfully every week since then (save and except emergencies). I didn't really feel like going yesterday but after reading and posting, I did. I keep my work clothes in the car so I have no excuse. My gym even sell work out clothing so I really really really have no excuse. Bonna: thanks for the pedometer link...got one coming to me too. Sure hope it works better than the one I got a McDonalds a couple of years ago. And Pilates doesn't always make me sore either. mctami: Your tape sounds like fun. A lot like Pilates - I've wanted to try Tai Chi too - I love stress busters. I just love this group. Everyone is so friendly here. Thanks Bonna for starting the forum. Do you have any idea how many bios I went thru trying to find my age group. I was staring to feel like an elder ... okay, okayyyy....a fat elder. :] Biggggggggg Hugggggggggggzzzzzzzzz 2 yall |

| Weight: 160 butt naked 1st thing in the morning
water intake: no less than 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water. I drink at least 80 oz per day right now and strive for more if I can. If my weight goes up I increase the water; if it goes down I let myself cut back if I want but my goal is to ALWAYS drink at least 1/2 mbwioow. I like the .5L bottles of water b/c I can count the tops to make sure I drank them all and throw them away at the end of the day (Otherwise I loose count of how many I drank) So, my goal is 1/2 mbwioow or more per day. EXERCISE: Run to the potty (see water intake above) I participate in 1 hour of Pilates 2 times a week. I chase very active 2 year old with way more energy than I have. I attempt to do Yoga tapes at home (2 yr old permitting - but he doesn't permit often enough) otherwise I have to resort to crunches (as many as my abs will allow) or perhaps an evening or afternoon stroll around my house. I am always searching for some activity I can do on my off Pilates days. My goal will be to work something in regardless of how much time I may be able to devote to it. 10 crunches until I can do 11. Good luck to all Challengers Jlo - a/k/a Diet Diva |

| Hey Gordabutt - I get it in the lower back all the time. My Pilates instructor says I must hold my stomach in more during the routine b/c that band of muscle wraps around the lower back & lower abs. I've tend to believe it b/c I 've noticed if I pull in my lower ab I can feel the pressure release from my lower back immediately. Your yoga class should have modification (Pilates does as well) to help strengthen that area and more it strengthens the less pain you feel in the lower back. Do not let anyone talk you into doing any exercise that hurts your lower back. If you feel pain stop until you strengthen more. When I first started with Yoga I made the mistake of getting a tape that was at an advanced level (over achiever) - I thought I was going to have to dial 911 and request a paramedic to pull me out of the position. I then found one that had modification for my 40 + (but thinks she's still 20) body and flexibility level. I try to do those on days I don't go to the gym and my 2 year old (yes. 2. Imagine my shock) will all me to do without him. When I put my legs in table top he thinks he gets to sit on them. Resistance is an under statement.
I live in Dallas, Texas - born and raised. I'm currently weighing in at 160 butt naked first thing in the morning. I only weigh in once a week b/c among my other talents, I'm a scale junky and am breaking the habit of jumping on every day, with clothing, without clothing, in the morning and in the afternoon and evening. My weight goes up and down so much during the day (can actually differ by 5 pounds between day & night) that I get discouraged and eat terrible because of it. I do my measurements & weight on each Saturday (although I cheated and check again on Sunday and lost another 2 pounds. (See what I mean) So if it's okay with you guys, I will check in once a week on the scale but will keep the post on water and exercise. I think that's a great challenge. I was sooooooooo going to blow off working out today (get my nails & toes done instead) but this post has made me change my mind. I will suit up and show up for my Pilates class tonight after work. The challenge will also hold me accountable for some type of exercise on the days I don't have Pilates regardless of the 2 yr old. I'll just have get creative. I've been whining about wanting to add more exercise so this is perfect for me. I've tagged the 40 challenge so I'm leaving here to go post there. Big Huggzzzz to all my new 40 + friends and may each and everyone of you achieve your personal goals. |
