Me as well. I never in the past 7 or so years considered what I was going to eat or even what I was consuming,I just ate it. 7 months ago when I started this new lifestyle,I over thought food and I was very very restrictive in what I was eating and while it would work for a week or so then i would have an all powerful binge on brownies(my weakness)make them as decadent as I possibally could and eat far to many. I finally realized that all things in moderation and withen your daily caloric limit was what worked for me. Now I think about food and I consider what I am about to eat before I put it in my mouth however food is not always on my mind anymore as it was 3 months ago but I do think about it a lot more then I did 8 months ago. |

I had to give away my old clothes as i grew out of them,to make room for the new ones! Shop clearance at all the trendy stores,aeropostale,gap,old navy.I recently ordered 245.00 worth of 3 hoodies,a sweater,a fall jacket and a cami from aero and payed only 70.00. With bottoms,pants,skirts whatever,I go to resale shops.I can buy name brand jeans for around 10 bucks each and I think that is enough to spend for something your only going to wear for 2-3 months(that is how long any one size seems to fit me)I save the difference in what I payed and what retail price would have been so that when I get to my goal weight I will have plenty of cash to buy whatever strikes me! |

Hazelnut from dunkin donuts black no sugar is 20 cals per cup. Unless it is a flavor shot I would assume that all brands are relatively similar. |

| Notalone~I did the same thing over the last week and it really does work!I have also been reading about this for months and it just didn't click with me.I did it soley because I was hungrier then usual but my plateau of 3 weeks was broken and I was down 1.5 pounds in actually 5 days.WOOHOO.I still can't beleive that it works but I am sure it has to be the reason,I know that I've not exercized more then normal.Thanks for the advice on this all CCers,and sorry that it took me soso long to believe! | |||

| The first month,March,I lost 14 lbs.It has been variable every since.I've lost 43 lbs total.Some months 10 some months 4 or 5.I try not to consume myself with the exact numbers as long as I continue to see an overall downward movement.It is hard though the months it is so slow.Like everyone else has said though it seems sustainable this time as oposed to previous attempts where I lost fast but gained it all them some back.I think we all have to go through various methods before we find one that works for us! | |||

Ireland! It is gorgous there.The Wicklow Mountain just outside Dublin are amazing especially in the spring when the flowers are all in bloom.Plus ther is the U2 wall that is always changing! If you won 1 million tax free dollars what would you do with it? |

I have not watched Planet Earth, However I do not believe that we should plunder the Earth for any more reasons,we create enough havoc already,Our Air quality sucks and it is preventable.Oil :) we started using it as a cheap resource,it is no longer cheap,it is running short and eventually will run out completely.Replenishable fuel sources,the technology is there,and in fact they are using it,STOP pouring cash into greedy arab nations that hate us anyway and more widely produce vehicles and home heating systems and more that run on say...corn.National Parks and recreatonal facilities,they were sat aside to enable people to view untouched nature and are disapearing before our eyes.It all comes down to money.Stop plundering and rapping the earth there are other ways to live and to ensure the survival of all humans and the only home that we have for generations to come.(sorry this is my passion but i will stop now.:) What made you finally decide to get fit and lose weight?

| Here is what i had for dinner tonight 2 chicken breast tenders seared in 1 tbsp olive oil until browned and nearly cooked through.(Spice to your taste,I used garlic,salt,pepper,and a bit of lemon zest.) Add 5 apraragrus spears,1/2 cup mushrooms,1/4 of a med green pepper,1/2 cup snow peas and 1/2 of a med tomato chopped.Simmer untill chicken is cooked and veggies are tender crisp. Serve over 1 oz cooked whole wheat thin spaghetti. 366 calories and very filling.I had it with a mug of cranberry pomegrantate green tea and I couldn't finish it all.Very tasty as well.My first experiment with whole wheat pasta and I have to admit I really like it better then white pasta! |

| age: 36 height: 5'2" date started cc: April 3rd~I think starting weight: 191~March 10th current weight: 169 goal wieght: 130 daily caloric intake: 1100-1500 I altrenate this every few days exercise: 10 minutes pilates~10 minutes belly dancing 30 minute walk.Day care provider 8 kids 1-8 years old.;) notes for friends:I am just starting to add more time to each exercize and adding a few others.Up to 20 crunches and 15 push ups at once,couldnt even do 1 of either a month ago.I also agree slow and steady is the way to go.I sometime have been so stuck on the numbers that I would get depressed.No more! Good luck to us all! |
