| she's allegedly been undergoing treatments which "dissolve" the fat from you through injections. i.e. no invasive surgery. this as well as eating sushi and doing vigorous dance training. | |||

| Yeah exactly, you can't beat yourself up about eating some chocolate at easter. as long as you're not doing it every day then it's fiiiiine. i'll just go back to my plan and work it off. it's motivation if anything! thankyou and happy easter to you too! | |||

| aw, that sounds lovely. a real easter celebration with your family the way it should be. i suppose mine is quite unconventional but i'm not complaining! actually i think i might buy some chocolate eggs and do that with my 2 year old nephew over easter. he loves playing hide and seek and chocolate so he should love it! could you just clarify what db means, i always see it and can't figure it out =/. |

| eesh, when were you diagnosed? i bet it really affected your life. it seems most people these days have some kind of cocktail of mental illness. i blame the media and society for alot of it. actually i blame the human race in general, ha. | |||

| it's good you found a med that works, being on the wrong one can really make a terrible situation alot worse. what kind of symptoms were you suffering from? you don't have to say. | |||

| i would guess so. depends what your definition of dancing is though. if you're barrel rolling around (that's dancing) or something that's not too heavy. side effects with medication are so annoying. i was on one that gave me restless legs. probably the worst feeling when going to sleep. it's like my body would love to drift off but my legs want to frolick through meadows and do track days. | |||

| i often turn driving on the motorway (or freeway) into a soap opera and characterize people by their driving habits. like, the person doing 50 in a hatchback is the gentle but easily scared type that just gets walked all over and the middle aged man in the mercedes that's up my arse when i'm doing 80 in the fast lane is a complete tool that i'd like to slap. i'm ashamed to admit, i've tried the brake thing. it does work like a charm though! i realise i sound insane, but it makes the commute more interesting. |

| at this stage and at your age, your periods being irregular could be related to your age, it takes them a couple of years to even out. if you are worried though, go and see your gp regarding it, because if it is due to lack of nutrition you need to have it checked. |

| i don't mean to sound like i'm being critical of you or anything, but just asking. this diet you've been on for two weeks, is this even less than the 800 calories a day you're eating. i'm curious because you said you've missed 2 periods. | |||

| parre, thanks for the welcome. i've been following this for only 2 days so far and started attending the gym a week ago, so i'm really glad i found this site to track things. i also like the positive attitude here and i respect that you don't want to condone anything that will provoke ill health, especially around such a sensitive subject in today's society. i just thought you were singling someone out a little that's all, but i understand now. but anyway, i'm glad i stumbled across this site. it's a real motivator too. to keep on topic, i'm 19 and 5'5", medium build, 137 pounds and keeping to 1400-1600 calories a day. i've been doing an hours cardio and 10 minutes weights/crunches and so far have managed it 5 times since i started a week ago. i do eat the calories back afterwards. now i'm just waiting to see some results! |
