| well i have not added exercise in yet as i have just started this new life style as of the april 4th. I am down 4lbs (242) probably water weight but its better than nothing. I have been good today so far and plan on staying good!!! pan to start exercise when i loose some more weight. | |||

| I am doing this for the following reasons:
to be healthy I want to breath better to teach my kids you eat to live.... not live to eat to be around for my children in the years to come to see my grand children and possibly great grand children and great great ;) diabetes, high blood pressure morbid obesity all run in my family and im sure alot more that im not sure of I dont want to "have" to have gastric bypass surgery like alot of my family has i want my legs and back to not hurt so bad i want to be a cute pregnant women when i decide to conceive again not the "blob" I was with my twins i want to go for long walks pushing a double stroller and not be thrilled to be back home after only 11 min..LOL im NOT kidding i dont want to be so tired i want to be a size 12 again not a 20/22 i want to feel sexy! who doesnt! |

| thank you all for the warm welcome! yes toddler twins keep me on my toes! well I rounded up im actually 5 1 1/2 as well! so we are the same height :). have been doing pretty good on my first fulll day I have had 600 cals so far Just have dinner to go I think i gett 1333 a day but i fig if i stay under 3000 im doing good LOL Good luck and thanks for the support!!! | Hi Im new today! Im 26 and 5 '2 and am 246lbs so i have a long way to go s well I have been looking for something new to try to loose weight and my cousin said she was counting calories so I thought what the hey! gonna give it a shot! Im a stay at home mommy of toddler twins so I have time to right things down and look things up periodicly throught the day i would like to get down under 200 by next Christmas so I think this is the way to go!
