| seek some help i did, that amount of cals is silly eat...i was in your position..but eat complex carbs healthy fats and lots of protein
if you eat 1350 a day like i did about, increase it slowly untill around 2300 and lift some weights |

| your problem is for a fact you dropped so much weight you dont have muscle now (im guessing) and now you need to weight lift and you have to eat much more that 1000 calories thats a fact or you will get seriously ill belive me eat nuts and seeds with things to increase calories dont drop anymore weight gain muscle now and do like 2200 cals now (depends on age weight height sex ect )
i had same probs i was like 13stone now im 8st 7lbs now realy need to gain muscle!! |

| yea wow interesting things popping up, i nearly fell of my chair when i saw the 'HARDEES' monster thick burger ..... wow i think that IS death in a bun......45g sat fat!!!! like 2 days worth of calories and just oh dear..please cheak it out =0!!!!! | |||

| i eat this every morning just blend them all up realy well and put over a heat and keep stiring untill it get to how thick you want it believe me it tastes soooo good and can last me untill like 4pm even 6pm like today ^^

| diet soda is good for the amount of calories it has (like 1 or something)
but not dark coloured soda eg coke pepsi dr pepper, it has something called phosphric acid in which does the opposite of milk :) it rots your bones to hell. drink only light coloured fizzy eg orange cherryade lilt lemonade trust me (these dont have the phosphric acid in) |

75g oats 17g met-rx powder (protein powder) 500-600 ml water mix together realy well and boil up untill nice and thick and creamy 330 cals and keeps you full for ages even past lunch |

| too keep it off you need a decent metabalism
if you have that you will be fine unless you completely pig out regularly. too keep a good metabalism eat spicy food, eat small amounts regularly and exercise regularly. |

| yes you can drink too much water.
your kidneys can handle exess water but you need to get the salt-water balence correct. i had this problem i was drinking 6l water a day and like no salt my kidneys murdered me when i went running. apparently your kidneys can handle up to 16l a day as long as you get enough salt. i drink 3-4 litres a day now and get a good balence with salt. be careful though not to eat to much salt it raises your blood pressure |
