| I started getting concerned with my weight when I was 14 [I was 185!]. By just watching what I ate, I went down to 170. Then by learning more and more about exercising and nurtition, I went down to between 160-165. A couple months ago, I went through a low point, and back up to 185. Currently I am: 170 Goal Weight: 150 (possibly 140, depends on how 150 suits me). What I Am Doing: strength training, and TRYING to up my cardio [with weather and my laziness being a major factor in the TRYING]. My issues: binge eating. |

| aio, I totally know how you feel.
Like exactly. Now, I swear to God, I have an emotional binging problem or something. No matter how much I know about losing weight, and how good I am at trying to change my lifestyle, I cannot get over the binging business. Just today I binged like effing mad, and it was because I felt so ditched and alone because of my friends. Can anyone relate to that? Please...I really need help with this. Message me? |

| Weight gain/loss, exercising, different food intake, [and stress] are all factors of not getting your period. I had that happen to me a few times [actually, at 16 when my period was also regular, and after starting to exercise and eating well, I missed it for a few months]. Try eating a bit more, and if you miss it three times in a row, then go to the doctors. [That's what my friend told me, adn she had been studying to become a nurse!] | |||

| I didn't realize there is so much controversy around this issue.
I guess I will just stick to my weights [20-30 minutes of cardio afterwards] and then some cardio on its own. |

| Wow, I totally didn't even realize that there are people like me out in the world. Even though me thinking that is completely ignorant, it's true. I only really heard about BED a few months ago. Before that, I was under the impression there are only 2 forms of eating disorders [bulimia and anorexia], I didn't realize there was just a binge eating disorder.
I tend to keep track of the days where I binge. If I binge a lot, I cross out that day on my calendar, if I have a bit more than can be accounted as a "cheat" I only half cross out a day. I've gotten better. I'm trying to stop eating when I'm bored, or as an emotional number, and it's kinda-ish working... However, if I binge really badly as bad as this is for you, I don't eat at all the next day. I just drink loads of water. I guess it's more of a mental thing... |

| Let's say for the cardio, I don't do HIIT, but run around 4km 2-3 times a week. Is that also effective? | |||
