| I've been told many times my baked potatoes are the best so take note. I never pierce them, find it tends to dry them out. Also if they're not pierced the skin sort of goes all loose and the inside very soft. I do them for about 4 and a half minutes on each side. Sometimes though they need a little more or less depending on the size. Perhaps try putting the power down on the microwave to cook through. After the microwave i rub a little half fat butter on the outside (pierce them so some of the butter runs through) then sprinkle a little paprika on, wrap in foil and bake in the oven (on a tray so the bottom crisps up) for approximately 5 minutes. They're great served with baked beans mixed with a little paprika. |

| Weight Loss | Eating WAY too much at night. | Apr 10 2007 02:15 (UTC) |

Hey, i completely understand with pigging out at night and it's terrible for
the waistline but i only do it when i've been skipping meals. It seems most people say you need breakfast and i couldn't agree more. I really have to force myself to eat breakfast but i normally start with egg whites. They're low in calories so i'm not wasting any of my allowance on something i don't really feel like i want to eat, but if you want to lose weight it's really important to kick start your metabolism. I'm sure you've heard it a million times before but if you keep skipping meals your body goes into starvation mode. So when you do eat you're body then stores the fat because it thinks there's a shortage. Hope this helped. X |

| Nell McAndrew. Ultimate Challenge, Ultimate Results. It's hard work but really pays off. Helped me lose almost 3 stone. It's based on an exercise class she used whilst training for the marathon. Really worth a go. |
