I assume that rice would be okay for you to eat. If so, it is fairly high in calories and carbs. |

I had the same problem. My wife and I are currently using this program. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.s html It uses a gradual increase in the amount of time or distance you run. We are on Week 3 and feel great. |

Good job reaching your goal. If you like fish, you might want to look into Chili's next time you go out. They have wood grilled tilapia with seasonal vegetables that is 200 calories for the entire plate. It is great. |

It doesn't consider the amount you eat, it only considers the grade each item has. Make sure you eat plenty tomorrow to avoid starvation mode. |
