| FINALLY!!!! I have been looking at 152 for a week and a half. I even started to get up a 5 am! to do 30 minutes on the elliptical every morning before work. I screwed up last night at an Italian resturant and had a 10" pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms (but it was really good). This morning after my 30 minutes the scale said 150!. I am so excited. Finally some progress.
It good to see all of you making progress also. It keeps me motivated. Morning star, I will say a prayer for you and your family this morning and for all to stay motivated ad stay focused. Have a great day everyone. |

| **sigh** I am feeling so discouraged. Everything went so well the first week I lost 4 pounds. This week I havent lost anything. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Maybe it's because I was off work last week and had more time to exercise? | |||

| I think you are doing great and congrautulations for getting back on the wagon. Try calling the cc and ins. companies etc. on your cell phone so you can keep moving while you take care of business. | |||

| DOes anyone here take any types of vitamins and if so what kind and have you noticed a difference? I currently am taking a multivitamin, b-complex and calcium (doctor recomended since I am over 35). I also hear Omega-3's are good, but I need to do some research and see what they are good for. | |||

| Today I put on a suit I bought last year but had never work because I could not button up the pants. Today not only could I button them, but they actually felt a little loose:-}. I was so excited and more motivated to continue!

| I'm glad to see everyone doing so well. Keep up the good work everyone. My goal is to dring more water today. For some reason I seem to drink less water when I am off work. I don't drink anything else when I'm off, but it seems that I am thirster at work than at home. Do you think it is bad if I add the Crystal Light packets to the water sometimes? | |||

| I feel you carrie. My sodiulm was terrible today also. I went to Baja Fresh (I don't know why I though "fresh" meant healthy). Anyway I had the tortilla soup and then when I looked it up it had like over 2000 mg of sodium!!I may have to skip the scale tomorrow or just stick my mouth under the faucet. | |||

| 152 today!!! Maybe I can make our goal by the end of the month. I go back to work Monday so hopefully I'll be able to keep up my routine. Seeing some results is a great motivator though! | |||

| Ok, over 1200 calories today. I don't typically eat 600 calories. Most of the time it is between 1100 and 1500 sometimes under and once over since I started. I was just curios as to the the dangers of not consuming enough calories. What else should I be looking at besides calories and sodium? | |||

| Just starting today. I am at 156. I would love to get down to 139 or less. I am 5'6" and 36 years old. I work two jobs so it is hard to get to the gym or cook the right meals but I am going to try. Thanks for the suppourt. | |||
