I am 5'6" and I weighed in today at 145.3 lb.  My goal is to be at 135 by August when I turn 30! I am not totally sure how many calories I should be eating. I am averaging around 1500

Hey all! I am turing 30 in August and I am freaking out!!

1. Name - Karen

2. Age - 29

3. From - Cleveland

4. Married - almost 7 years

5. Kids - two kids...7 month old boy, 3 1/2 old boy

6. CC - I want to be 135 by August so I am here for weight loss. I weigh 146 now. I have lost about 8 lbs since I have started CC 6 weeks ago. I love CC - I love the fact that I have to report in what a eat!! Accountability is key!! :)

Hey all, I am in the 140's trying to get to the 130's. I am 146 lbs at this time and I am already down 8 lbs since starting my dieting and use of CC. I am lookig for some advice on how to keep it up and if you have advice on what I should be doing calorie wise. I usually take in about 1500 or so, and I work out hard 4 times a week. My goal is 135 by August. Any advice would be great! Thanks and nice to meet you all!

I have a 7 month old (my second child) and I have lost all my baby weight but I am now trying to lose my 'trying to get pregnant with my first child' weight from after I got married in 2000. I am at 146lbs and my goal is 135... It is tough that is for sure! I have never been a stick or anything, but this totally sucks! I have been losing 1 lb a week and that is healthy they say, but can be frusterating. I have lost 8 lbs since I have started this about 6 weeks ago.

Thanks, Sweet_tart! I appreciate your response. I talked to a trainer at my gym today, and he suggested increasing the amount of calories that I burn/day so that I do not plateau..which is a fear of mine. I have lost 6 lb. in 4 1/2 weeks or so and I don't want to lose that momentum. I am about 6 lbs. away from my goal and I don't want to stop losing!

Any other advice would be great! Thanks!
