| I think for me, it was when a smaller in size co-worker of mine was complaining how she hated when people just assumed that she didn't have to work at her weight. Someone had just commented on how she didn't need to watch her weight, that she was small enough, and not to worry about it. When she told me that, it made me realize that anything worth having,such as getting smaller and healthy, wasn't easy. Most of us have to work at it. Keep up the good work everybody!!! | |||

| I love turkey bacon! It is chewy and not as greasy tasting. We went to Cracker Barrel yesterday morning for breakfast and I got turkey sausage for the first time. It was wonderful! My stomach just can't take all the grease that is in the traditional meats of breakfast foods. You should try it! | |||

| I have decided to try to join you guys in learning to run. I just got back from the gym and was very happy with what I accomplished! I have been walking for at least 45 minutes 4-5 times a week, so I started with week Walk 3 min/Run 2 Min. I did this for 35 minutes and then walked the remaining 10. Woo Hoo!!! I may be a runner someday after all!!! Good luck to everyone! | |||

| Thank you all for your advice. Maybe I will try to increase the reps to start with and when that gets easy, I will increase the weight.
I really don't want to bulk up. My arms are the one area of my body that I can't seem to tone very well. Increasing reps hopefully will help. I will let you know! |

| Ok, last week I weighed 142. This morning I weighed 145. I had ice cream 3 times this weekend!!! Coldstone!!! It was terrible and I really don't want to do that again. I just found the Monday weigh-in-club and I think it will help me on the weekends. Any encouragement is welcome. Thanks!!! :) |
