Hi Flygirl

I was searching for such a phenomenon and stumbled upon your post. I have been eating well and mostly over my allocated 1500 cal per day for the past month (from dec 13 till now) and had skipped gym.

While I thought i would have put on 1 or 2 pounds easily, I have pulled down instead.

I am a bit concerned too - is it muscle loss? Or is it just that my body has increased its metabolism?

Anyone else any views?

Where does one find the ID of an ingredient??? will defo help me as I keep logging recipes (i cook and eat indian food at home most of the time and boy is it hard to count cals on it!)

O yea! bring it on!

Personally the single most 'erking' bit that I keep looking for during weight loss - is my tummy (rather my midsection down till hip) - so yes it will immensely help!

I wanted the perfect figure though it was never possible and despite ppl telling me i have a gud one being an asian (since we are usually voluptuous :-p) - I thought this was the first and last thing a man might see and want - Guess I was wrong...there is something else - but then hey! I want to feel good, sexy and great - and wear those dangerously low bottom jeans with short cute Tees and feel light - so I stick with my ideal to an extent that is workable :)

oh not at all...guess its called human!

i do about 1400 a day and am trying to lose...and i 'binged' (if its easy to identify the behaviour so) more than 2000 on sat n sun this weekend - as i was at the cricket match at Lords all day - with nuthin else to do (i blame it on the bad game that couldnt keep me entertained :-p)

 u r not there alone!!! jus let it go and do it right the next day or the next time...

Agree with liquidstar, esp being a woman - not just in cae of body or looks, we crave for more in everything - even though we are pretty sure we are good at something, we want more...clothes, bags, purses, cooking skills, money...ironical though cos to gain more of one u need to lose some of the other ;)

But yes, its all in the mind, i'd still say!

Don even think! the stats and weight in this post are amazing...don put urself to pain like us who 'need' to lose weight...an 5ft2" and 138pounds and there is no way i can escape the routine...so go on, enjoy the life u have got!
