| I agree, partially. I do try to ignore the ads, and the media, and yeah, sometimes they do get to me. But this website isn't about "thin=better", it's about "healthy=better". | |||

| How much have you lost?: I lost 20 pounds and gained back 5 Is this the 1st time or a repeat performance?: I had never lost that much weight before, but now that I've gained a fourth of it back I'm gonna have to try and get back down to where I was Are you finished?: Definitely not How long did it take?: The 20 pounds took about 6 months. How long have you kept it off?: I haven't. I recently gained 5 back. What approach did you use?: Increased exercising and eating more healthily. I didn't cut calories, but I ate better things with less sodium and sugar, and more fruits and veggies. |
